The hotel is a newly built property that started its business operation in August 2019. We arrived early at the hotel since we were on a midnight flight to Taipei. As we approach the front desk, we were greeted by the friendly, smiling front desk staff who accommodated us immediately. Noticing that we looked tired and sleepless, we were offered Continental breakfast and was allowed to check-in at an earlier time. The property was clean, neat and fresh. The room was cozy, the bed was comfortable with fresh clean immaculate sheets. The room has a minimalist but functional feature. Even though with shared bathroom and toilets, it's cleanliness is well-maintained. They offer unlimited bottled water, coffee, and cookies. I appreciate the airport drop off, especially on a rainy day. Overall, it's a great experience at a very affordable price. So, I highly recommend the hotel property.

Great location with great facilities ”
The hotel so near the Taoyuan station and within walking distance to the station. Its also near the Gloria Outlet where we can do last minute shopping before catching our flight back to Malaysia. The bathroom is sparkling clean. This is definitely the best transit hotel I’ve been to. And the rate is quite cheap to be compared to the facilities offered by the hotel. The staff also help us to book our taxi to the airport and most importantly, the did entertain my request for early check in. I definitely recommend this hotel.

This is my first time staying at Bluewater hotel. It is in a very convenient location, about 7-8mins from HSR station. The room is definitely not big, but enough space for a single traveler like me. The room is very clean. Friendly staffs make people feel warm. Overall, it's a great experience with very affordable price.

Though the room is small for double, but it’s so clean and comfortable. And I’m so surprise that the bathroom without any dirty. The clerk is also kind and helpful! The most important is they provide the service to airport ! Highly recommend!

Bluewater hotel is simple, elegant, and the best part is that its near a mall. Around 10 mins away. Me and family enjoyed the stay, although the room we paid for was small, we did not have enough choice since we are just killing time for our flight home. And yes, its 10 mins away from taxi, the crew also booked our taxi and it took 3 mins which is very fast for the taxi to arrive. Not to mention, the frontdesk lend me a lighter since I did not have any lighter with me since its not allowed in the plane. I tried to bring it back before going home, but they still gave it to me for free. I will definitely go back to this hotel, since the coffee is free, bottled water, and even biscuits. What more can you ask for? Oh, last thing, they have a check in time of 3pm, and you have to pay for it if you arrive early as penalty. But the best part is, they never asked me to pay for it. I love this hotel.

Loved the price and location for our purpose (which was for a morning flight) The facility is new and the shared bathrooms were squeeky clean. There were not many people staying there so it could have helped! Staff helped me store milk for my toddler in their fridge...thank you!

Even though with shared toilets, the toilets are very bright and clean. Room is clean too. Thoughtful of the hotel to provide unlimited bottle drinks and buns.

Not Yes Not NO, more a Maybe It Depends”
The place was clean, new, gives value for money. Yet it is not near the airport, more several stations away and quite a walk after. It is near Gloria's Outlet though, which is a surprising attraction. I booked here due to a very early flight wanting to have a few hours rest near the airport before I go to Taipei. This objective was not met, yet it was ok since I got to visit the outlet shops which you won't find in Taipei, I saw folks travel here for it - hence Maybe It depends.

Free airport transfer 24 hours, snacks and basic amenities provided. Beds are comfy and clean, but soundproof was poor. It’s nice to have a short stay but if you’re considering to travel around taoyuan you can skip this hotel, it’s located few minutes walk away from Gloria Outlet & Taoyuan HSR, other than these 2 buildings there’s nothing around anymore, not even a convenient shop.

Newer building with Clean rooms and shower/bathroom areas. Not recommended for light sleepers as you can hear people talking and walking in hallways. Regardless, it’s the Best value for your money.
