The rooms are outdated, the room we stayed had a bad smell. When we got to the place I realized there is more than one buildings. one located right across the road from the office. That one seems to be newly remodeled ( the building that has the pool)The other one we stayed was on the left of the building “Do NOT WASTE your money! The building has never been remodeled. The elevators broke, the carpet stink, the balcony dirty and needs painting, the furniture old including the tub in the bathroom. On the other hand, the location is perfect! You are within walking distance of everything including the beach. The staff was great!

IT WAS NOT A RESORT!!! We were looking for a good deal during the weekend and was fooled by the 64% off listing price and those pictures on Agoda. The hotel was really bad with dirty carpet, the bathroom light was off with the toilet not stick to the ground and making noise everytime we sit on it. It is close to the beach but you don't even have a water tap to wash the sand on your feed when going back from the beach. And the hotel charge is not final but I think it will be over time total price on Agoda when I booked!!!

Very disappointed in the Old outdated room we checked into, I do know? Maybe because the room and building is old outdated, including worn out elevators, carpet, furniture, sliding doors, plumbing fixtures, etc. or because of Bike Week maybe? it was hard for the service room cleaners

Don’t stay for long”
This was thankfully just a 1 night stay here. Nothing but a ran down hotel. First thing is that the lobby isn’t air conditioned that you take to your room. Followed by the smell of Weed, cigarettes, and raid. We got to our room and no bed bugs were found, and it was a decent room. As I was asleep I was woken up by the maids squeaky cart and she was talking pretty loud. But what do you expect? Just have to remind yourself that it’s a place to lay your head down. I would not recommend multiple nights. One was quite enough for me.

pool only open for 7 hours "due to covid" BS south pool is bad shape and closed. strict about check in @ 2pm even though room is ready. No place to change, no restrooms by the pool or anywhere accept your room. Lazy river not running, dirty, no tubes but u can walk in it. Signs say no outside tubes, balls, noodles, toys.

This hotel needs major upgrades. There was no water pressure and you had to run the water for over ten minutes before you were able to have any hot water. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in! The staff was unfriendly. There was no maid service. If we wanted new towels or to have our trash emptied we had to put it outside our door before 10:30 AM. Our stay was so bad we checked out early.

The pics on the site were not what we got. The room was filthy, no hot water; the phone didn't eork, oven was disgusting, cockroaches in unit; hallways were absolutely filthy. Worst place we have ever stayed. Will never go back
