problems with over-booking and technical condition”

When I arrived it turned out they over-booked the hotel and had to move people to make my room available (it delayed check-in by around 2 hours). The pipe to the sink in bathroom was leaking a bit making floor wet. Some of the bedding (set aside) had ugly stains scaring whoever looked at those. Otherwise the room was ok and comfortable, but the location and price was not really such a great value.
