Not such great service.
The bed was hard as a brick. The Internet went down in the evening and did not return. The front desk staff did nothing.

Pleasant place with caveats
I have to preface this by saying that we did not go to Phuket for the usual tourist reasons. We have family living there and this hotel was the closest to their home. If you are going to Phuket for the beaches and tourist areas, this hotel is on the opposite side of the island and there is no easy transport to get over to the western/Patong side. Our family took us around in their cars, so I cannot comment on other transportation options. This is primarily a marina development. There are no beaches here, but I believe there are boat tours available from here. For our purposes, this was a good place to stay. We stayed 12 nights and it began to feel like home. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the room was spacious and clean and comfortable. The shower had good pressure and we had plenty of hot water in both the shower and the sink. We stayed in a ground floor room in the main hotel building, with a patio that opened onto the beautifully landscaped pool grounds. There are also rooms in the villa section, closer to the marina part of the complex. You can find other reviews related to those rooms. You will see many reviews mentioning the breakfast and other guests. It seems this hotel gets most of its business from Chinese tour groups. This was not a problem to us - we have spent quite a bit of time in SE Asia. The tour buses usually arrived later in the evenings and then departed immediately after breakfast, so we pretty much had the place to ourselves during the day. The pool was perfect for entertaining our young grandchildren. The biggest effect of the tour business is that breakfast is definitely geared toward the tastes of the tour groups. Don't expect an American or European style breakfast. There are fried and scrambled eggs in the buffet, and occasionally we would see fried potatoes or pancakes early, but these didn't last long and were replaced by chicken sausages and canned baked beans. run-down hotel with so-so service
Don't come here if you don't have a car. The hotel is far from the main road, all of the facilities are not located at the same place. My family was put in a building about 15 minutes walk from the main building, so we can't even use the pool or the restaurant, it's just way too far! The room we stayed in look nice, recently renovated. However, the glass door that opens out to the terrace can't be locked so we don't feel safe at all, coz we stayed too far from where the staffs are. Overall, this was a bad experience for our whole family. We come to Phuket often and usually pay less for much better hotels.
