        Disappointing Services from the Staff”

        Me and my wife stayed at Bob W last Nov 2022. There was no receptionist when we arrived and you need to self check in. Overall, room is ok and clean but unfortunately there was a tragedy when we stored our luggage on the storage room on the check out date. When we came back after strolling around the city, we found out the luggage was crack for 20 cm which was completely fine previously! We asked the CS to check on the CCTV but according to them, "nobody" touched the luggage. But the weird thing was when I asked for the record, they didn't want to share it with many reasons. So at the end, we didn't receive compensation at all! So disappointing So if you stay here, please think twice when storing your items on the storage room/public area since it's not safe

        Good location ,beautiful flat, and quick reply”

        The flat is close to train station ,10mins walk can reach. The flat is cosy and clean , the owner is quick response. Only one thing that make me feel disappointed, the owner did not send any email to give information about how to checkin , my friends and I arrived the building but cannot entered the building. We need to send email to ask immediately and wait for the reply in the frozen weather.

        Wonderfully designed apartment close to train station”

        I loved staying at Bob W!! I initially picked the apartment because of the design. The apartment itself is spacious and has everything you need. I love the special little touches like how they sourced all local furinture and products. And the check-in process is very efficient especially during a pandemic where you get a code and enter the apartment yourself. Communication is easy and efficient. Highly recommend anyone who wants a comfortable stay visiting Helsinki.
