Hotel is clean, staff are kind, AC is poor”
Staff changed my room when I told them the room was full of cigarette smell. However, it did not solve the issue. I opened the window, turned off the AC and turned on the air purifier to got rid off the smell. I wouldn't recommand this hotel if you are zero tolerance to the cigarette smell like me since the AC is connected to many rooms. Otherwise, it is a good hotel.

It's a shame, I wanted to like this hotel”
I'm not one for leaving bad reviews. Walking to this hotel you have high hopes but then you realize that the service is really more Miss than hit. We got to a room and the AC had a lot of mold on it and the room smelled it. It was not particularly clean either. And it's a shame because the room was pretty decent looking overall. When I show the pictures of the molds to the staff downstairs they were very apologetic and we felt that things would improve when they switched us to a suite on the top floor. Little did we know that above the suite is a host of mechanicals so forget about a good night's sleep. We moved yet again to another room and it too smelled a little moldy but fortunately had a window that could open which made it bearable although I doubt healthy. At this point the staff's attitude towards us was chilly at best. Breakfast was also lacking much inspiration and I worry about the juices that keep spinning in the vats 24/7 and just get added to. Considering the cleaning regime in the hotel I worry about the kitchen. It looks like some of the staff actually understood exactly the problems we encountered and tried to solve them but it was apparent they are not interested with any decision-making capacity. Other staff frankly couldn't care less. I asked them if they recently opened and they said they were open for 5 years so I'm not sure what's going on here since clearly somebody forgot that a hotel is all about hospitality and the experience. It's a shame because I really wanted to like this hotel. You can see that investments were made in the rooms but after that everything else went by the wayside as some sort of neurotic and nearsighted attempt that cost cutting which leads to this review being commensurate with the rest of the reviews for this hotel at three stars or less

Quite dusty and smoky room. Also found some unknown subject left on the floor in the shower room. Probably should choose a real Hotel next time.

Overpriced, Not Worth The Money, Poorly Managed Hotel ”
One of the worst hotel I stayed for my trip to Taiwan this time. We were checked into a room filled with Cigarette smell on our arrival. I immediately contacted the lobby and they were nice enough to change a room for us. The rooms are very old and dirty, floors Carpets are peeling and lots of molds and cracks around the room especially walls and windows area. The furnitures are fairly old and was not maintained at all. The next morning I contacted the staff to let them know that the Safety Box does not have battery and needed someone to come look. The staff told me that there are not enough staff to check the safe for me and that to change the safety box battery is a very troublesome job, so I offered to go down to pick up the battery myself and still they did not have the right battery size. Before I left the hotel that morning I let them know that the safe needs to be checked. The lobby told me okay. Later that day I came back to the hotel and the Safety box was still not repaired, and was never repaired for the rest of my stay. Another surprise for this hotel was, to make up and clean the room, usually other hotels you would press the “Please Make Room” for every hotel I stay. For this hotel however, you need to let the lobby know before you leave the hotel. The most surprising thing is to come back to the hotel from a long day and find your bed as messy as when we left the room. This hotel does not make your bed when you request them to clean your room but they will only take out your trash, change your towels, replace your used amenities and that’s about it. We thought that it was only the first day as we just found out after coming back from outside that we had to let them know if we want to clean the room before 3 pm. Surprisingly no, everyday the cleaning process seems to be the same and beds are not made like other hotels. In the same day I also reported that the WiFi does not work. The lobby told me that they will ask their staff to check on this matt

入住的時候櫃檯沒有服務員（約17:00），飯店裝潢很好，但停車場超多垃圾，是一間裝飾很好，但看起來沒人管理的飯店，還有因為疫情關係變成房間送餐希望可以寫在訂房網站上，如果只是變成漢堡套餐而不是自助式早餐那我會選擇不供餐的房型，飯店離逢甲夜市差不多4公里有點遠

房間設計漂亮，但有些設計不是很方便使用，譬如洗臉槽的水龍頭大小很難控制，水容易噴出來。淋浴間的置頂蓮蓬頭，即使切換到普通蓮蓬頭仍會滴水下來
