We stayed in deluxe sea view room for 3 days . The room was very spacious as compared to chalets . Bathroom had bath tub . Sofa, study table , along with king size bed in the main room . I booked in for 4 nights and stayed for 8 nights . Bogmalo is a beautiful little village . The beach is clean and welcoming. All seasons is 5 min from the guest house. It is spotless ,the owner is a beautiful lady who genuinely cares about you . I will be back for sure .

Small but beautiful property very near to airport. Cordial and welcoming staff, delicious food and Bogmalo beach is 1.5km from property. Airport shuttle service is also being provided by the hotel. Rooms need a bit renovation of interiors.

The place is really awesome, and the people are very nice. It was our first visit to Goa, planned to stay at this place for a day but ended up staying 3 days. The people are very helpful and guided us with all the tourist info, bus routes, activities etc. The guest house has proximity to beach (5 min walk), busstop (2 min walk).
