Worth the price. Location is just a few steps away from the beach. I didnt expect that the standard room would be big (but i am definitely happy about it!) the room is clean. Dont expect much on the free breakfast.

Uggghh!!”
We arrived around 12noon and the staff were seating in the lunch area having lot’s of fun and bickering with each other. In the first place, a hotel should have an area for the staff. We were not shown where the check in area was and there was no greeting from the reception. Not even a friendly smile. Throughout our stay, the staff were always found in the lunch area (this is the entrance to the hotel) making loud noises. Our room is located in the very first door of the building. You could hear the staff from our room even at night. We were there hoping to relax from work only to get irritated from these people. Hotel is okay, but with people like these, who would want to stay here??

Low pressure of water, poor connection of wifi inside the room, staffs are not that enthusiastic but friendly, limited food choices for breakfast but the food served was good. Location of the hotel is fantastic, near alona beach and restos. Thank you and Godbless.

Good location, clean”
Location of the resort is good it very close to the beach, lots of dining choices and stores. The property itself does not offer much in terms of facilities but the room was clean and everything worked fine. Staff was accommodating. In the end, I was looking for a good jump off point for our activities those 3 days and this place fit the bill perfectly.

An okay accomodation”
I stayed at the hotel for 2 days because of its proximity to the beach. The bed is decent enough. However its not a place that i would highly recommend for a number of reasons. One, the island has power outages from time to time and they dont have standby generator. Two, they didnt serve me my Filipino breakfast the first day because according to the staff, all the other guests went on an island tour very early and that i was the only guest left so they didnt other cooking rice. Fine but they could have atleast bought me a cup from the neighboring eateries. Too much effort for them i guess. Three, i asked if they know a car who can bring me to the airport upon check out. They charged me P500. I was told most hotels make free arrangements and you just pay directly to to the cab driver. Lastly, do not expect the endearing hospitality that we Filipinos are known for from their staff. They werent trained to smile or greet you good morning.

Near the Beach”
Location is not beach front but its just 1 minute or less walk from the property going to the beach. Room is clean, peaceful and lighting is nice. They even provide extension cords since electric outlet is a little far from the bed. They even provide good morning kits. They also have complimentary tea/coffee inside the room. Bathroom is also clean. Hot & Cold shower is available. Water flow is great! I am also happy with their breakfast. They provide a plated breakfast with generous servings. They even asked us the day before if what breakfast do we prefer so that they can prepare it the next day. The only "needs improvement" that they have to look into is the staff. They're kind. But not courteous. We were even the first ones to greet them good morning. Overall, this property is great. Even compared to the other beach front hotels.

Unfortunately, I didn' t check in as planned. Because of the earthquake in early July 2017. They didn't tell me their hotel had problem of blackout in advance. It was pitch-dark when I go on. They arranged for other neighbouring hotel for me. It was bad crisis management.

Satisfactory”
The resort is not situated in beachfront. It is a 5-min walk to beachfront. It is in the center of Brgy. Tiwala near bars, restaurants & mini-marts. The area is crowded at times. Beachfront have many boats parked. When you walk down going to the beach, go to the left side facing the beach and there is a stretch of bars and restaurants as well. Room is satisfactory, clean & spacious. The shower water pressure is very low but tolerable. I suggest you request for a pale and a deeper, instead of using the shower. No fridge inside the room but you can ask the reception to store in their fridge. The breakfast selections are limited - Filipino (tocino/longanisa with rice) and Western (sausage/ham with toast). Buy things you need (bottled water, chips, toiletries, etc.) from a bigger grocery stores in Tagbilaran town proper. The price of these in Panglao Island is a little expensive.

Needs Improvement”
The location is great, just a few walks away from the beach. The free breakfast is also a thumbs up. However, the property might need some improvements on customer service. It took a long time for me to check in due to some issues with Agoda reservation and their system. I was also asking the front desk personnel for some tips especially on the rates of transportation and where to eat best but to no avail. The internet as well as the mobile signal (Globe) is bad. There are also mosquitos in the room. While it was not all unpleasant, I would choose another accomodation of the same price but worth more of the money paid for.

Well situated, near Alona Beach”
It was a short walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants and places to hang nearby. The pictures on here are a little more flashy than in reality, but the place is clean and pretty well maintained. We didn't stay in a lot so there's really not much bad observations, if at all. Good stay, overall!

Great staff, great location”
We had a great time here. The staff are always available to help you with anything. Thanks to Eng and Ramil for all your help ! The property is located is just a few steps away from Alona beach so if you're planning a snorkeling trip to Balicasag and Pamilacan islands...the boats in Alona are easily accessible from the hotel. You don't want to book far away from Alona beach as all the tour agencies and restaurants are located there. Alona beach can be crowded at times so we opted swimming in nearby Dumalauan beach which is just an approx 15mins tricycle ride away from Casa Nino. The tricyle drivers will charge you 150pesos for a chartered one-way trip to Dumaluan. The beach in Dumaluan is less crowded and much cleaner than Alona beach plus there's less boats parked in Dumaluan. The rooms are clean. Breakfast is included in the booking. Only downside with the property is that wifi is only available in reception but we've got mobile data on our phones so it's not really a big deal.

My review ”
This hotel would be far better if the owners took some pride in it. The staff were awesome and extremely helpful, however they can only do so much with Old outdated hotel, perhaps invest some money on renovations and upgrades to better suit your guests. Out of three rooms we tried each had different problems 2 had Air condition units go out, one had broken hot water heater, the last had poor poor water pressure. A shame to see a hotel with awesome staff in a nice location like this sit in that shape it’s in.

We enjoyed our stay here and even extended it by a few days. It doesn't have many facilities but you are right on the beach so they aren't needed. The staff were friendly and helpful and always greeted us. Breakfast was a nice addition.
