One of the best budget stay near Alona ”
First time to book Deluxe, it comes with a fridge but I prefer the Standard rooms downstairs. The staff this time is very attentive, quite helpful with small things. Will most likely come back again.
It’s a very nice place to stay if you are in a budget, a walking distance to Alona beach
Budget Stay near Alona beach”
A bit bummed out because the photos posted here do not reflect the actual (i highly suggest posting actual photos). Satisfied with the yummy breakfast of bacon, toast & fruit. The staff were quite helpful most of the time (thanks night guard & late evening duty staff mwah). Just wish they'd clean up the room daily and provide fresh towels too. Overall, thank you guys for a comfortable stay!
The resort is not really a resort more of like an inn due to limited facilities. Though the room and bathroom is satisfactory, the wifi is weak and you have to go down every time you need hot water to drink. Location wise, a few meter from Alona beach so good for solo travelers who prefer the beach most of the time. Breakfast is also satisfactory. Overall i give this a 3/5 because of the location and price.
Few minute walk to the beach.”
what I like about this place is it's near the beach, convenient stores and restaurants. breakfast is good, only downside is the wifi is very weak in my room, where i have to go outside near the reception to get a strong signal. overall it's a nice hotel and location if you want a place near the beach, thumbs up
An old building in an excellent position but dirty floors and. staircases, no wifi in rooms ”
There was only one table and chairs in reception area where wifi was available but it was occupied from early morning till late afternoon but a woman sitting with laptop I asked her if she was the manager because I wanted to complain but she replied that she was the “H R” manager only! I wanted to complain about the filthy floors and staircases but could not find a responsible person There was an abundance of staff all standing or sitting around doing nothing I came to the conclusion that there was definitely an absentee owner . It was my worst hotel experience since I started traveling in Asia 5 years ago!
Great location and clean room. ”
Everything was great apart from the breakfast. We were not so happy about it. No option for people who doesn't eat pork. Overall, it was a great stay indeed.
We arrived around 12noon and the staff were seating in the lunch area having lot’s of fun and bickering with each other. In the first place, a hotel should have an area for the staff. We were not shown where the check in area was and there was no greeting from the reception. Not even a friendly smile. Throughout our stay, the staff were always found in the lunch area (this is the entrance to the hotel) making loud noises. Our room is located in the very first door of the building. You could hear the staff from our room even at night. We were there hoping to relax from work only to get irritated from these people. Hotel is okay, but with people like these, who would want to stay here??
Unfortunately, I didn' t check in as planned. Because of the earthquake in early July 2017. They didn't tell me their hotel had problem of blackout in advance. It was pitch-dark when I go on. They arranged for other neighbouring hotel for me. It was bad crisis management.
Great Location !!!!!!!”
The Casa Nino Beach Resort is a Great Place to stay in Bohol if You want to be rite Next to the Beach...It is also in a Great Position for Good Position for Good Food, Bars, Shops etc etc...Will Defo Stay here again on Our Next Visit to the Island !!!!!!
We were able to book 2 rooms through agoda. One standard room and one deluxe room. But when we arrived at the hotel, they only had 2 deluxe rooms available, so we had no choice but to book the remaining rooms. Around 5 in the morning while we are still sleeping, the power went out. No staff went or called our room to inform us that the area is experiencing electrical problems. We were late to return from our island hopping and so we checked out late, they still asked us for payment for our 2 hours late check out even tough we had no electricity for 7 hours. This establishment does not have any backup generator, so expect to experience the same during electrical blackouts.
Not as described.Photos not like the place.Bad location. The room was small and damp.Paint was falling off the walls. It was dirty .It was that bad I did not stay I had paid agoda in advance so I lost my money.I checked in at 1pm and checked out at 3pm A rip off at 2700peso per night A place to avoid.
Worst hotel I have ever been!”
First when I arrived in the hotel, I was shocked with how it looks. It is very different with the photos in the website. The check in was okay. I ordered a two separate single beds but then they put me in a one double bed. Then I arrived in the room seeing a dead fly in my bed. The towels has a lot of stains, like blood stains or just really dirts. It was horrible. The floor was not properly washed also the bathroom. It was totally dissapointing because the hotel price was a bit high but then I did not get the expected quality and service. Also the location is okay, very close to the beach but too noisy. The staff loves to talk with each other a lot, even shouting at each other at 6 in the morning. I stayed for 5 days and over all I had a horrible stay.
It was OK”
It is a good hotel for a short stay. The room was clean, same for the bathroom. Breakfast was free and good. Staff was not trained and could not really help. But this is on a very touristic road of the island so no particular issues. Good location
Low pressure of water, poor connection of wifi inside the room, staffs are not that enthusiastic but friendly, limited food choices for breakfast but the food served was good. Location of the hotel is fantastic, near alona beach and restos. Thank you and Godbless.
An okay accomodation”
I stayed at the hotel for 2 days because of its proximity to the beach. The bed is decent enough. However its not a place that i would highly recommend for a number of reasons. One, the island has power outages from time to time and they dont have standby generator. Two, they didnt serve me my Filipino breakfast the first day because according to the staff, all the other guests went on an island tour very early and that i was the only guest left so they didnt other cooking rice. Fine but they could have atleast bought me a cup from the neighboring eateries. Too much effort for them i guess. Three, i asked if they know a car who can bring me to the airport upon check out. They charged me P500. I was told most hotels make free arrangements and you just pay directly to to the cab driver. Lastly, do not expect the endearing hospitality that we Filipinos are known for from their staff. They werent trained to smile or greet you good morning.
Hotel is near the beach and restaurants Good breakfast Bed is comfortable Aircon is quite noisy Toilet does not have bidet Staff are noisy and can be heard inside the room
Walking Distance to Alona Beach! :)”
