Bonifacio Global City (BGC) / Taguig hotels & places to stay

Beautiful new hotel in Bonifacio Global City. Location is great, room is spacious and the staff at reception and concierge, the pool as well as the room attendant are all great. Where they need to improve on is the service at their Buffet Restaurant. There was only one or two that were keen at what they were doing however most of them were not as attentive and were just standing around waiting to be called. Not yet quite 5 Star service. The No. 8 China House restaurant on the other hand was superb. We reserved for 14 people in one of their private rooms which was great for a get together with family and friends. The food was delicious and authentic. The flavour and seasoning was just perfect. The service was very good and quick. They paid attention to your needs and made sure all is well. I highly recommend this place. Had dinner at the Peak at 6pm and they ran out of Buratta Cheese, and could not serve a drink on their menu because they did not have a carafe? Great view though.

Seda has everything you need for a business hotel in the heart of Bonifacio Global City (BGC). It has the basic necessities and basic cleaning. Much better than the other business hotels in BGC. Within BGC, this hotel is reasonably priced if you're looking for a comfortable stay but do not want to spend in nearby expensive hotels like Shangri-la, Ascott or Grand Hyatt.

The condo is one of 30 units owned by this company, out of thousands in the McKinley Hill, Fort Bonifacio area of Taguig. Lots of service. We had an extra bed installed. The condo is furnished for two persons, so ask for an extra towel for guest. Three adults and one child is maximum capacity. Washer was in room and soap was provided. We bought popcorn and used the microwave, and stored drinks, fruit and leftover restaurant food in the refrigerator. We did not use the electric stove or table service for two. Hot water pot was provided for coffee and tea provided. Only complaint about the Mall was the management played ONE Italian song over and over for two days we walked throughout the mall. I would have hated to have been a mall employee to suffer that torture. Few taxis around, but management got us a Grab vehicle. Few hotel options in the Venice Grand Canal Mall area, so I will probably stay here in the future, although price is about double the average MetroManila hotel.

A little bit hard to find because it is new. But well worth it. Spacious area with complete dining utensils. Loved the attentiveness of staffs Jules and Cynthea. They were very friendly and cheerful. Gave us welcome drinks of lemon juice and Ruffles chips. Some dining options within walking distance and a taxi ride away from Bonifacio Global City. Will come back here next time.

My wife and I booked a room in MySpace@BGC Hotel the day before an early meeting in Bonifacio Global City (BGC). The place is in a strategic location as it is very much near BGC. Another thing we liked about the hotel is that it offers parking spaces for those who have cars. The room which we booked had a total room space of 15 square meters. The area was very clean and tidy. However, we believe that the 0.5 hp window type air con was not sufficient to be able to cool the entire room. We turned on the air con around 11:00pm and it was only able to cool the room after 7 hours. We think the air con needs to be upgraded to 0.75hp or probably 1.0hp if there are two guests. These are the pros and cons when a person is considering to book this hotel. We hope this review helps.

The place is very hard to find esp. if you're a first-timer at Taguig. We booked here because we thought its very accessible going to BGC, like 11km from the place / we spend atleast 30-40mins to reach our destination. Cabs doesn't want to give you a ride, others do but with additional fee (Others are not familiar with the place). We just realized we spend more than we expected just to get in/out of the place thru transpo transfers. Maybe its a less hassle if you have a private car with you but yeah, the place is crowded. Facilities are okay, worth the price, the only problem is the location. Staffs are friendly and accommodating. (Helpful as well - Thank you!) Linens are fresh. Comfort Room is okay. (Had a hard time to operate the heater but Thanks to Hubby he was able to turn it on) Still, Will definitely go back. Location was perfect. Hubby had a conference in Shang and the place was ideal since it's within walking distance. The unit was well equipped with everything you may need for a short or long stay. We didn't interact with the owner or his staff in person but he was very responsive via chat. Also, all the security personnel we encountered at Parklane were very courteous. We will definitely stay here again.

good nice facility looks new, nice pool, full kitchen was good, bed nice, shower good hot water and water pressure, lot of storage space, balcony was very nice good size and has views of the city. If you smoke it was allowed on the balcony. bad when to check in and went to the front desk and they didn't know anything about my reservation. I showed my reservation and room # they still didn't know anything. called the agent amd they said the door is open when up and the door was locked call again and said look for a red ribbon under the door yes there was and I got in. the pool was nice and big but you have to sign in and the employee seem not to happy and ask a bunch of questions even when I showed the resident card. there was an mall next door but the had only a few businesses open but had about 6 eating places. the ugly can oly catch a tricycle or taxi need to go to a major mall to get a jeepney or van

Ever since our family loves staying and eating at Shangri-La because of its premium quality when it comes to service, facilities and good food. The only disappointing during our stay was the Cashier and lady server at High Street Cafe. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, paid everything upon check-in which includes the extra bed and buffet breakfast for 8 persons to celebrate my Mom's 60th Birthday. To our surprise, as per your system at High Street Cafe, there were only 4 persons registered as paid for buffet breakfast. And the lady server insisted me to sign the bill for additional charges despite the fact that I already told her twice re the full amount I paid upon check-in inclusive of the number of heads included in the bill and to also double check with Front Office for better clarification on their end. Overall experience was only Satisfactory. I hope you will fix the glitches you have internally between the systems of Front Office and High Street Cafe. Thanks!

Had a great stay with you guys. God bless your hotel. As soon as we enter the lobby we feel welcomed already by the receptionist. They let me check in one hour earlier than 2PM without double thinking, they seems to know and understand the needs of every guests. I had a cancelled flight and I thought it was a bad day for me. But because of Reddoorz Taguig they made it possible to cheer me up and made my day from freebies and for the extra mile service. Thank you so much. It's been a memorable stay.

The guard stopped us from using the pool. We were 5 guests (Agoda). He said they only allow 2 guests per unit to use the pool. Since our excitement were spoiled enough, we have decided to just go back to our unit. We checked the Viceroy Residence pamplet of rules and regulation and realized that the pool rule that the guard was trying to implement wasn't there at all. No wifi for the entire half of the stay because of some PLDT issues. The owner assisted us remotely and made sure that she can answer our queries as possible. The unit was great and we totally had fun esp. on taking photos because the interior was really great and cozy. If it's for the unit it self, 5 stars and the cleanliness is superb. Thank you Jenny. Over all. We had a great stay.

This service apartment is a nice value and the contacting staff is very efficient and nice. The place is larger than most hotel rooms and is well equipped. The bed is comfortable and the room has lots of chairs and other furnishings. It is fairly quiet with minimal noise from the neighbors. The downside of this residence is that it is not a hotel and therefore without the support that a typical hotel would have. The a/c in the room needed work. If you need assistance and are from out of town without a local phone, help is only an email away. Overall, it was well worth the money but not necessary the best choice for everyone.

Never met host but communication very good through tex.didnt like the area as very noisy as planes flying low overhead every 10 mins and only single glazing in windows and doors.also partitioning made of wood not glass so needed the lights on even in the day.no cooker.refrigerator much to small with only a very small freezer compartment.also didnt like the fact that visitors are not permitted without having to be registered.the balcony is tiny,just room for 1 person standing.after I left I was texed there is a 2000 fine for smoking and I was told they could smell ciggarette smoke in the room.I had never smoked in the room or even on the balcony.no wifi in lobby or hallways so that made it difficult for me ordering grab taxis.no aircon in hallways or elevators either only in the room.elevators seem to take for ever to arrive and often out of order.and I was told the stairway can not be used unless an emergency.in short I would never return to Grace residences again
