STRICTLY NO SMOKING in the apartment. 7. No illegal activities allowed in the apartment. 8. LIGHT cooking only is allowed and please wash the dishes if any. 9. Keep noise down and respect the neighbour (Quiet hours: 10pm-8am). 10. If you break something please let us know, so that we can replace it for the next guest. 11. Replacement cost for lost or damaged : Access Card (RM200) and WIFI device (RM300). 12. Early check in or late check out are based on availability of previous or next day booking status. (RM30/hour) 13. You must also acknowledge Security Deposit RM300.00 or more to be forfeited if you damage or break the house rules. Damage deposit : RM200/stay (We will collect after make full payment and before check in the property. A good place to stay”

The house definitely good place to stay and easy for check in and out. Irene the host very quick response on my messages. The other I don’t like is even Irene provide me the video for the parking cause I really not familiar the area and take long time to found the car park. Another is the mothball smell at house are very strong

A good place to rest your mind. Definitely will booking to stay next time. Host really helping me to check in through WhatsApp and call, fast response 👍 a I got a full detail how to park and how to get to the room, because if you not familiar with this place, the carpark kinda maze for me, so through video send by host, it really help me. Room clean, Netflix perfect, there’s a lot of shop below, easy. Bravo to the host 👏👏👏
