It was a good & decent stay”
The both reception staffs are an asset to the organization. Served us very well begining from check-in till check out. Thanks for them
Comfortable hotel with friendly staff”
Great location that is easy walking distance to main sights as well as being in a quieter location so you can sleep easily with less noise. Rooms are spacious and well equipped and as the rooms are dark enough in the morning you can easily have a sleep in. We personally didn't like the breakfast but it seemed popular with other people.
Good Choice for Relaxing”
Good Location, Suit to money to pay, Staffs are helpful to give information. Cua Dong street is almost the way to other Hanoi's District. You can go to Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum by walking around 10 minutes (a little bit sweat). Also, walk around 10 minutes to Hwan Kiam Lake where you can find a lot of Bhan My and Restuarants. aha coffee at the corner is great.
Mixed thoughts on this one”
I have been to hanoi dozens of times and stayed a year one time, so know the hotel scene quite well. Starting with the positive, the staff here are great - friendly, efficient and helpful. The rooms are clean too. However, The room sizes are not as advertised on Agoda. The hotel is on the very edge of the old town, a 15 minute walk to the hoan kiem lake, but i selected the hotel anyway as the family rooms were 45m2, much bigger than those closer to the centre. Hoever on checking in, they were only 30m2 max. For the price of $75, I could have had a 30m2 room anywhere, so felt a bit cheated here. It was the correct room, and the biggest in the hotel, but not as advertised. The hotel is next to a railway line that makes the building shake a little, but they have good noise reducing double glass on the windows. Great staff, but overpriced.
The hotel needs some improvements”
We 2 adults and a 6-month old baby stayed for 4 nights. A couple of things that need attention and improvement: (1) The kettle was dirty. We asked for new ones (a few times) but still the quality was not good enough. Some of the coffee spoon was also not clean. (2) Some mosquito and one small cockroach found in the room... (3) The elevator is sometimes occupied by the housekeepers as they've moving among the floors to make the room every morning/ noon time. Other than that the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Be aware that there is a train bridge fairly close to the hotel. It only runs at night but can still be heard in the distance. Not a problem for me, but something the customers should be told. All in all a great place to stay, on the edge of Old Quarter and within walking distance of the many historical sites.
1st time here..hotel is approx 1km away fron Hoan Kiem lake..cab fare is only USD $1...the night market and street food ard hoan kiem is fantastic...hotek staff were really polite and helpful..I am planning another trip there nect mth and will surely return to stay here..
Pretty but a lot of mosquitoes and flies”
Pretty room with good facilities. We booked Bonne Nuit but they sent us to a sister hotel Eco Luxury which is apparently the same. The room was clean and nice. However the bathroom had a horrible toilet smell and there were a lot of flies and mosquitoes. Breakfast was simple and also a lot of flies, ants in the honey pot etc. Please cover the food in future to maintain hygiene. Staff were friendly and polite and made us feel welcome. They offered advice and help whenever they could.
Good location and Excellent hospitality”
You would be surprised the truth. I thought that I finally found ultimate staffs. Anyway they offered me good advices and solved all troubles. If i came back here and I will want to stay again. Thanks.
3 nights in Hanoi”
Staff were very helpful in accomodating me. Rooms were spacious, clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was very good. The train that runs adjacent may be problematic if you are a light sleeper (I was in a room that faced the street which was probably closest to the track) found that it wasn’t the noise, but vibration that shook the room a bit as it went by, overall I didn’t lose much sleep from it and would otherwise recommend the hotel.
Good hotel but too noisy by train”
Good hotel with reasonable price. Staffs are warm and kind, and can speak English and Japanese. Room is not so wide but just enough space. Bath room is clean. Hot water shower is excellent. The only but serious weakness of this hotel is the noise of railway trains almost every one hour, because this hotel is standing just next of the national rail road. Our sleep was disturbed whenever the train goes near by of our pillow.
Great staffs, normal facilities, worst soundproof”
I stayed here for 3 days. 1st day was ok, but the 2nd day was awful. I met a chinese tour stayed in this hotel. They was annoying so bad, the doors cannot handle their voice as well. Breakfast was good. The soundproof turned the vacation into nothing. Never stay here again.
HOTEL IS NEAR RAIL WAY”
BREAKFAST IS NOT DELICIOUS, WE HAVE TO GO OUT TO EAT. ROOM IS NOT CLEAN. HOTEL IS NEAR RAIL WAY , NOISY . STAFF IS FRIENDLY. NOT NEAR OLD QUARTER, TA HIEN.
Very friendly staff...Rooms were spacious & clean...A/C was a bit weak but adequate to cool the room.
easily go to Old quater hot spots.. The staffs are polite and reasonable price. but there are some nosie from Chinese trevellers.
Tiny room but good location”
Staff are great. Hotel is in good location, walkable to basic food places. Room is very small for 2 adults. Bathtub is ridiculously high and short on one end to the wall so water is running out, you have to climb in and out of the tub to take a shower, can't never get the temperature of the hot & cold water to work, either too cold or scalding hot. Room doesn't have basic iron & ironing board. Breakfast is cold and not good. There was power outage when we were there, tiny elevator, no AC running in lobby and hall, so it's very hot and stuffy. Not our standard.
Staff was friendly. Room was too dark and old but clean.
