the room was clean!”
the balcony is cool feature but i guess guests putting up there may be a bit concerned on safety because of this adjacent balcony (although it did have a door, without locks) overall all is cool but it is kinda pricy.
well, its kinda secluded and wasnt easy to find the first time, price is kinda on the upper side all immediate competitions considered. staff were nice and polite.
Went there with 4 more female friends but cannot stay cause the place was too scary for us. book for 4 person room but was asked to change to 2 single rooms. the gate was locked and no staff heard us calling so we end up broke in the place. not recommended for female traveler.
Decent but misleading”
It is more of a homestay than a hotel, with the landlord/tenant acting as a receptionist. Everything is DIY; and there's chilled water served in bottles in the fridge for serving. The WiFi is excellent, so is the room air cond etc The address is misleading. Google maps did not exactly place the hotel and thus I was misled into believing it was nonexistent. The hotel should provide a number for contact as I have to resort to Agoda to verify and contact for directions.
Gate was closed. Door was locked. No one entertained us. Need to find other hotel nearby. Burned my booking just like that.
Hard to find the location”
Very difficult to locate the hotel.
Awful. Just awful.
not good for family
Value for money, close to city centre”
This is a very nice place to stay for biz trip and leisure trip. Very good location to travel around KL. Rooms are spacious, clean and nice. Friendly staff to help up at all times. Will defintely stay again this hotel...;)
Nice room in awful location”
The room was clean and well decorated. Close to both the titiwangsa train station and bus station so not bad for getting around the city. Not too many nice restaurants in the area, however, there is one really good Cafe around the corner called born and bread; great food and coffee. The reason why the location is awful is the karaoke just outside. Singing starts at 8 and doesn't finish until about 2... It is verging on torture. If you do stay make sure to bring ear plugs. Also, make sure you have a Malaysian SIM card as you need to ring the staff to open the electric gate every time you want to go back inside. That was very annoying.
You won't be able to sleep here”
1. I booked for two nights but the owner said second day they have maintenance work. They claimed they already informed Agoda. 2. It was listed under disabled person friendly. But they have only staircase. 3. You can only fall sleep at night if you are deaf. The nearby train track and it's noise would wake you up.. every 20mins at midnight. 4. The Bangladeshi staff was helpful, if not I would have called the owner and give them piece of mind. 5. Book at your own risk..
For backpackers only”
As these reviews are meant to be of value for orhers, I need to share our experience: we had booked and paid for 4 nights, but the hotel only allowed us to stay for 2 nights. We even left after only one night due to - smelly bathroom with no tiles, not even paint on the walls - noisy environment with trains passing close and outdoor karaoke right nearby, no insulated windows - no drinking water - tv on a shared room only - located in a dark backstreet, not even known to google - we had to climb the gate when coming back 10 pm after dinner, as nobody answered the phone and no bell For this standard it should be called homestay and not hotel
selesa sangat best, banyak kemudahan cuma sedikit susah untuk cari lokasi
караоке до 3 ночи под окнами”
Все круто, уютно и здорово. Но караоке под окном до 3 ночи - это просто убивает нервную систему. Так громко что даже невозможно разговаривать
