Exceptional”

The boomerang hotel is comfortable, central location, we ate dinner at the pub every night and the food was good. Breakfast was good and the staff friendly.

Clean, neat and comfortable ”

We only stayed for one night while travelling through Albury, but we found the Boomerang hotel met our needs quite well. It is not 5 star, but nor does it claim to be. It is clean, comfortable and value for money. It is located very close to a good sized shopping centre, and it is also close to several fast food outlets. Being a hotel it also has the advantage of an onsite bistro which serves all of the expected pub food.

Basic but nice motel, good price on the internet”

This was a good stay. Boomerang is on a busy road however we didnt really notice the noise so a good location. Very close to eating venues. Was a bonus to be able to use the washing machine as not many accommodation places offer this service.

Great food and awesome prices”

Great prices and very good food. I would recommend this hotel for a short stop over. The chicken parmmie was beautiful and only $13. The bar is nice and reasonable prices. The room was very clean and serviced daily.

as expected”

The room was as I expected it to be, I wasn't expecting the Hilton like some other reviews I read. Friendly staff, the room had hot water, a fridge, shower a toilet and a bed to sleep on which I found to be quite comfortable. Will book again if required.

Good Pitt stop”

Room was clean . Reception staff were friendly Food was terrible and the young lady taking orders and delivering food was very unfriendly and rude. However if your looking for a cheap convient Pitt stop on your travels - the boomerang ticks the boxes !

Just passing through Albury. Really late check in & staff were friendly about it. Early check out, simple key drop off. Lots of food nearby needed after long drive :)

Great food at very reasonable prices in bistro. Quiet and warm room. Bathroom dated but functional. Good for an affordable overnight stay on a road trip.

Stayed over the long weekend with my two small children and was thoroughly impressed with the hotel, they even had kids activities over the long weekend. Highly recommended and would stay again. Thank you

Great value for money”

Quick easy check-in. Great value for money, with a clean and comfortable room. Parking right outside the door was a big plus (court yard room) Highly recommend this place for those travelling on a budget and want value for money. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Could not fault the staff or the accommodation. My rating for value for money: ☆☆☆☆☆ Will definately stay here again!

Dying Hotel”

Everything seems to be in a sad state of decay. There is a swimming pool, but the sauna and spas in the same building don't work. The tap for the bath/shower dripped constantly. Bits were missing from the bathroom tiles and the grout is getting decayed and dirty. The staff, somewhat distracted by the running of the Hotel proper, aren't always in attendance, and must needs be called by a reception desk telephone that takes awhile to answer. Car parking is, um, 'interesting' - not a lot of room to manoeuvre especially with a longish vehicle. This is great for the budget conscious traveller. The bed is very comfortable and the staff are friendly.

2nd time back. Really enjoyed the stay. Swimming in the pool. Sitting in the spa after tea. Friendly staff. Room was quiet from traffic. Wsz clean. Excellent water pressured shower. Very affordable break. Will be back.

Overnight stay”

Booked it for the price. Liked that it had the pool, although sauna was out of order & spa wasnt clean. Didnt use restaurant. But it looked good. Staff were friendly. Room was comfortable. Wifi was down.

Booking was mixed up,had to settle for next best!”

Half hour to check in. Booked on line and the hotel couldn't find it, even though I had a confirmation print out with reference number! They apologised and could only offer us a lesser room on the second floor. I had booked a deluxe queen with a court yard and had to settle for queen. Very disappointed. The hotel offered us a cooked breakfast for the four days we were there to make up for the mix up. Breakfast was absolutely brilliant. Room was clean but had some very noisy, drunk neighbours one night that kept us up to 2.30am. No shampoo supplied and Had to ask reception for hair dryer, which was supposed to be supplied, but it only blew out cold air!!!!!! Room was made up each day with clean towels etc., overall 5 out of 10.

Grungy but ok”

There was a bunch of blonde woman's hair in the room and a bunch of dyed red woman's hair in the shower I think a vacuum and thorough clean of the bathroom would go down well apart from that everything else was excellent I was looking for budget accommodation not the ritz the food and staff were excellent and kids amenities such as playground indoors and jumping castle were great.

We lost our wallet and the night manager very helpful by letting us to use his personal phone to call our bank in the UK. Next time we are in Goulburn it will be our first choice.

Mid town stop in ”

We stayed one night on our way through to Melbourne from Sydney. We checked in late and left early the hotel is extremely old and sits next to a bar which i would say is loud on a weekend. The room was not especially clean and the bed almost felt like it been made once again from the last visitor with the same sheets.
