        Colorful Surprise ”

The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly

the boonsiri boutique hotel is a very pleasant place to stay in sisaket. the inside of the hotel is immaculately clean. the maids do a very good job. the rooms are just as clean. the biggest surprise about the boonsiri boutique hotel is the paint. if you don't like shades of pink, purple, and teal, you might want to stay elsewhere. other than feeling that i was staying in a dollhouse at times,i really enjoyed my stay at boonsiri boutique hotel. for the location and cleanliness it is a great deal. the room service was economical and tasty. the free wifi is very helpful and a nice touch. there is also a few small restaurants across the street. i will definitely stay here again.

good value for money. Nice decorated rooms and very clean and quiet

Overall my stay at Boonsiri Boutique Hotel was very good. The Hotel looks very new and clean and so do all the rooms. Nothing to complain at all except the stuff at reception prefers to play with their smartphones instead of welcoming the guests. It is very reasonable price for the high standard that you get in this Hotel and there is even a small good buffet breakfast included. The location is in a local market area which is interesting when you travel to countryside. Walking distance to the main city center is less than 10 minutes. I can recommend to stay here.

another success story from agoda's portfolio! very modern decor, immaculately clean, friendly and efficient staff and a very fairly priced a la carte menu, excellent food, - could you ask for anything more? - yes - a lift! having mobility problems, i did find the stairs a problem. however, the next time in the area will still be booking at boonsiri.

Adequate accommodations for an out of the way town like Sisaket. My room was at the top of the stairs so I heard all the traffic coming in and out of their rooms. The doors at Thai hotels are rather flimsy. The decor is something to be experienced, a cross bewteen Louis XVI and an ice cream parlor!

Great boutique hotel with wonderful staff”

The location, the staff and the comfortable room

The Boonsiri hotel is a great hotel. It is excellent value for the money. The room was large and confortable. The staff were very friendly and always smiling. The only downgall was that the buffet breakfast was very limited and always seemed to be out of everything. I had breakfast at different times and the food trays were always almost empty with barely warm food that didn't taste very good. Also, the english abilities of the staff were limited. This is not a knock against them. I was in Issan, Thailand and their english was far better than my Thai. Overall, i will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and clean hotel at a good price”

The colours everywhere just seem to be very well thought and really matching, is not often you find such a harmony!!

indeed a very nice, beautiful and good hotel in the centre of sisakhet. everybody is very helpful and polite and they even offer transportation (car)that you can pay the driver whatever you want for where you want to go. furthermore the breakfast is really really delicious and can satisfy as well foreigner as thai, so it suits us really good. our son enjoyed playing around and the staff there was good and knew how to play and have fun with a little baby as well. only minus is that agoda take a profit for booking the rooms and therefore when we arrived, we got a huge surprise, because we had to pay more suddenly... paying the difference in prices, that means the profit that agoda gets !! i learned my lesson, next time, do not use agoda to book hotel, but instead book directly through the website of the hotel because agoda is full of surprises ! when i came back and sent mail to agoda, they did not even bother to answer back....!!

The hotel was good enough as you can expect from the pictures on agoda site. It was not far from Naconchai air bus termini (used bike taxi), and also from the train station (maybe around 15min work). As its located in the center of the city, you can easily access to market and foods.

        Terrible reception staff”

Even from the moment we checked in we found the female staff, moody and unhelpful in all respects. This was despite my wife being a native Thai speaker. A request for a contact number for a taxi was met with a grunt and a waved arm in the direction of a card on the desk. The number on the card for the taxi number was incorrect as my wife found out, and it was only through the help of one of the maids that we got the correct number. On two occasions the electronic card failed to open the door to our room, and despite the girl at reception saving that there was nothing wrong with the card we still could not get access to the room. Again it was with the help of the room maid and one of the hotel maintainence workers that the cover plate was removed from the door and access to the room was made via a master key. The Hotel has undergone a change of management in the past and the restaraunt is no longer available. The close proximity of the night (and day market) negates this problem. There is also an excellent roast duck and chicken noodle shop directly over the roadway entrance. As mentioned in previous reviews there is no lift at all in the Hotel so if you have heavy bags don't book above floor 2. Apart from all the gloom and doom at the front desk, all the room and foyer maids were very helpful and friendly, as were the two maintenance people. We will however choose not to stay at this Hotel again on our future visits to Sisaket.

Attentive staff, clean room, decent breakfast buffet.

Very comfortable stay, and nice hotel. Only problems were that I was on the 4th. floor and there is no elevator. I am a senior citizen, and it was a bit difficult, and on the second of two nights I discovered bedbugs in the bed. Fortunately it was before getting into bed. When I called the desk, nobody spoke English, so it was a bit of a problem, and had to get someone to the room to show them. They changed the sheets, and all was okay. I know that bedbugs can be found in the cleanest of places, and I would consider staying there again.

Good but a few things missing”

Location, cleanliness, space. The food a la carte and breakfast were dissapointing.

The food (a la carte) and timing of service was a joke. There was no bier or wine available so this had to be ordered at the table and one of the waiters had to go out and purchase at 7/11. The breakfast buffet was just not attractive to look at al all let alone attempt to eat, so big improvements required here. There was no garden or swimming pool, just a small cramped up terras where one could sit outside to enjoy a drink or smoke and not very comfortable either. The hotel in general was OK for sleeping but certainly needs some improvements being made then it could possible be appropriately listedas a "boutique" hotel.
