Want a truly quiet and low key, comfortable stay?”
I have stayed for the last 14 years in various places in Boracay. If this stay is available then hen I wish to return again, it will now always be my first choice. I leave such a good review only to my own detriment, knowing they may be busier with my assistance in writing this. Service was exceeding other locations. Breakfast were always fresh and good. Possibly only improvement could be slight more choices. But we ate 5 breakfasts and enjoyed them all. The room was beachfront, with outdoor seating. Amazing view. Interior was vast and always comfortable with a solid Aircon system. Didn’t watch tv really, but had local channels. Shower and bath good. Rarely had low water pressure. Overall the pressure was quite impressive for the island. Actually I wonder if there isn’t a lid on the amount of water per minute, if there is, they must be exceeding it or at its limit. Was always hot and good overall. There is no pool onsite (as it claimed at time of booking). I did make a comment about that, didn’t see pool listed last time I looked before writing this review. A new nightclub did open a few hundred meters away recently. (I honestly give it a year before it goes under as the location just isn’t appropriate or realistic as this is a quiet area of the beach u like station 2). The noise level didn’t affect sleep or anything, but a minor sub sound bump and thump could be heard on certain nights. The club was only open two nights during our 5 night stay. The mattress is a gel topped memory foam. Type. Quite excellent. Pillows average. Bedding average. All clean. Fresh. Bath toiletries included and basic but good. Ice available by asking as well as hot water if you don’t want to utilize the onsite hotpot. Coffee and tea in the room. Refrigerator was cold as needed. They had a couple of water mattresses to borrow for beach play. Would be nice if a few more were available as it seemed when Fuller occupancy

One of the best!!!💛”
This is prob one of the best vacations we’ve had as a family!! We stayed in the Jolliver/ Wavesong rooms and we absolutely loved it!! It was spacious, very clean and had everything that we need on it!! The most spectacular view of the sea which we loved very much since we were only literally a few steps away, and you can already enjoy the soft waves on your feet the beautiful beach of Boracay!!! It was soo far from the crowd, which was the reason that we chose this place. Kids were a bit tired of walking sometimes, but definitely would still choose this place when we go back again!!! Aside from the staff that was very helpful and accommodating as well, food was also great!! Of course, yeah, choices were a bit limited for breakfast, but still, it was pretty good!! And, they had the best coffee, too!!! Overall a 10/10!! Just so perfect for us!!! ☀️👒⛱👙⛱

We stayed there for 5 days 4 nights. We were on a honeymoon and birthday getaway. The place was quiet, away from busy stations of boracay. It was clean and steady. Wifi was a little bit slow. Staff was courteous and accomodating enough, however, there was this instance when i requested the staff to help me set up a surprise birthday banner with balloons for my husband, unfortunately, nothing was arranged.. i guess we should not expect a hotel like service so we dont get disappointed. Luckily, i had a plan B. overall, the place was fantastic. Will definitely book again.

Exceptional”
Loved the place!! It looks so nice and so beautiful! We were 4 adults and it fits us perfectly with one big bed upstairs and 2 sofa beds downstairs. Great location, right in front of the beach. Station 3 is the best for me, not many people around, perfect to relax. I will for sure come back and recommend it to friends.

Excellent location, Highly recommended”
Having recently visited Boracay for the 5th time, the Boracay Beach houses was an excellent choice. Rooms are spacious and well kept and the staff are fantastic. The location is set away from the manic and busy area, with a 20 minute stroll along the beach if you require the hustle and bustle of station 2. By far the best location and accommodation for a relaxing stay in Boracay.

Perfect simple facilities at the quiet end of the beach”
We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at Boracay Beach Houses. It's really located at the far end of the beach past Station 3 so it's away from the hustle and bustle. For me with two young kids that was perfect since we could play on the beach without being surrounded by hoardes of people. Yet, there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance, and you can easily reach station 2 with a pedal tricycle. The breakfast provided by the hotel was decent. We had a few issues with the drainage in our bathroom (floor flooding while showering). It was also disappointing that no bath matts or hand towels were provided. But these are very minor annoyances. I would definitely recommend this place for families who just want basic accomodation on Boracay's main beach away from the busy parts of the beach. It's simple but with spacious rooms. the staff were all very friendly and helpful!

Good location but not so perfect amenities”
This resort is literally on the beach so it's not directly accessible by motor vehicle. You can only drive to a place which is about 800 meters away from the resort. But the resort personnel is very helpful. He helped us carrying two suitcases on both ways. The most part i like the resort is its location. It's close enough to S3 but not to close so it's more quite. The resort is very clean but the amenity is very limited. They only provide a bamboo sheet where the next door resort provides more comfortable air mattress with pillows.

An incredibly relaxing vacation”
Spent what I think was 3 nights here in March of 2015. The jacuzzi in the room wasn't working at the time (which was stated before by the property owners before booking), but considering the room and location, it didn't matter. Boracay may be busy, but I found that the area in which this property was located (White Beach, Station 3) was unexpectedly quiet, which was great. I like to walk on vacation so it was nice walking almost the entire length of the beach from Station 3 if I needed to get somewhere else (bars, restos, etc). The staff are very kind and prompt with cleaning. I did have to check out at 3am on my last night, and they were very accommodating. Would stay again on my next Boracay trip.

Gorgeous villa in station 3”
Their facing sea room is awesome ! Can you imagine how awesome is being wake up by the sound of the sea and having abundant breakfast In front of the sea . I must say there's no such thing in the world that is better that this ! Their price rate is consider reasonable compare to others villa at station 3 . The disadvantage of this hotel is a little bit too far from D'mall( heart of boracay) so I recommend to travelers who don't mind taking 15 minutes tricycle to D'mall.

We loved how much quieter this strand of the 7 km beach is. compared to stations 1 and 2! Also, we enjoyed a plethora of activities offered and organized by the helpful staff. Improvement areas: trying to do the room cleaning when people are at the beach , rather than in the early afternoon , e.g. 2 pm. In adittion, we were a bit surprised to come across a few cockroaches during our weeklong stay in, otherwise, such a lovely and beautifully decorated loft apartment. Last but not least: the worn-out bedding unfortunately took away from the glamorous overall feel of the Zen apartment...just our 2 cents in😊. All in all, we strongly recommend staying at this venue while enjoying Boracay sunsets and witnessing beautiful weddding photo shoots!

Awesome place for vacation”
The staff are super friendly and helped us to arrange everything. The villa itself is very nice and well designed. The location is awesome as it is quiet and comfortable facing the beach. Not too far from station 2, around 15-20 mins walk along the beach. I love it as you can have your own private time there and enjoy the crowd in station 2 not too far away. I will definitely come here if i have to chance to come to boracay again.

Exceptional”
The apartment was roomy and clean. The staff were wonderful. The beach is at your front door and just the most beautiful I have ever been on. Nice and peaceful part of the stretch, not so many people and we had the beach to ourselves most of the time. It's gorgeous turquoise/clear blue warm waters were Pure Magic to swim in and stayed like that even while it rained. The abundance of cheap water activities to chose from was just amazing. However, the locals living in the house next door were extremely noisy in the middle of the night with their scary domestic fightings. That needs to be taken care off.

Don't stay here if you want the luxury/party part of the beach, don't stay here if you want tons of action. Stay here if you want to feel like you own a private house on the beach and chill.
