Great location, good value”
A bit of a strange set-up, in that Seven Stones resort is conjoined with Boracay Gems (same owners but leased out?), with a couple of the rooms actually on the corner of Seven Stones (101A & B) & the rest as villas around the corner & overlooking Bulabog beach. Overall, rooms are very spacious & certainly value for money. In our Opal Villa we had 3 Samsung TV's with surround sound...none of which every got switched on. Whilst it can definitely accommodate 2 couples with a bedroom upstairs & downstairs, there was only one shower. Three of our friends stayed at 101A & B, with the latter being a larger living area etc. with jacuzzi bath, but only one bed. Some oddities were the lack of towels & normal shower commodities; that one of our lounge window (if blinds raised) looked straight into the small managment office & that there appears to be a bit of confusion all round as to whether guests of Boracay Gems can use the Seven Stones pool. I was personally told on two occasions that I wasn't allowed to by a surly security/lifeguard/gardener, but then when I insisted I was & that we also had friends in 101A & B (part of Seven Stones, but booked through Boracay Gems) - he left us alone. However, the swim-up barmen & restaurant staff couldn't be more enthusiastic to see us & happily served us/took our money. Resort is right on the beach, which is great. However, due to the wind/season, lots of boats were moored here & not particularly nice for any swimming - while on White Beach, about 10mins walk across the island, it was often blowing a gale, with tumultuous seas. So while we booked this resort for direct beach access & kitesurfing, it was actually held over on White Beach at the end of Zone 3. The weather is now changing though, so the kitesurfing will move back to Bulabog Beach & White Beach will calm down & be much cleaner with offshore winds etc. Great place with great friends, had a wonderful time & we'd all love to come again!

Gem of Bulabog”
We arrived at Boracay Gem at 10am. We dropped our bags and walked to D'Mall which is just 7 minutes away. Boracay Gem is located at Bulabog beach, which the local call it the back beach. It is very much quieter than White Beach. Boracay Gem is located the same area as 7 Stones and Lazy Dog. There is no F&B outlet nor room service. However, you can buy your own food from Budget Mart and cook simple food. There is kitchen facilities, plates, pans, fridge and microwave oven. There are 2 rooms - one next to the living hall another one up stairs, that sleeps comfortably 4 adults. Since the villa is located at the back beach, it is a perfect venue for sunrise. Wake up at 4am and enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee. The feeling is priceless. Since the villa is located next to 7 Stones, I used the hammock and sundeck chairs for the morning sun bathing. There are many kiteboarding shops along this beach.

12 noon. We headed to boracay gems and we were told that we have to check in at 7stones which is just beside boracay gems. We were also informed that 7stones was also the handling the resort. As we checked in we were given a refreshing welcome drinks and a necklace with a 7stones logo pendant. It was their sort of their welcome lace. It was nice. We were allowed to check in early coz the room was already ready for us. The jade room is very nice. It has two split type a/c, so it was very cool. The room is spacious and it has its own Jacuzzi and complete amenities. Their service was superb, there was no request that was been compromised. All was taken well taken cared off. All of the staff was very kind and polite. We will surely comeback.

Great Stay”
I had a smaal trouble to find this hotel. It is better if you just ask to Tricycle drivers to take you 7 stones hotel which located just next to Boracay Gems hotel. But you know what, it is not true that the owner of this place is the same one for 7 stones hotel as the other reviewers wrote. It was before though, it is not now. The place is quite and nice. Room is perfect. Jade room has so nice Jacuzzi. It is not a room but more likely a house itself.

The hotel is new and of course it is clean. Just a few steps to beach front of Bulabog Beach. It was great to see sunrise on the other side of Boracay Island.

I have a very perfect stay in Gems.”
1.Our room is in the 7 Stone hotel,we can enjoy the swimming pool of 7 stone. My child loved it very much.The staff is very friendly. They sent some floating toys to our kids. 2.There is a very modern kitchen with the cooking facility.We have made dinner ourselves and feel enjoyable. 3.The View of our room is perfect,even of the living room & bedroom.When you open your eye in the morning,you will find the lovely blue of the sea....There is a lot of love that i can't tell. It's my most favorite stay at Boracay.

everything about this hotel was great”
you have to stay at this hotel/villa. it is the other side from boat station back just 5 minute walk. much less people there. staff was very helpful my bags not on plane from manila to boracay and staff went out of they way to help me. the villa itself wow. two story villa everything you need is there. i would give this villa 10 out 10 and coming back to stay next time and stay longer.

Top notch accommodation”
My stay was great. The rooms are spacious, and right on the beach. The daily breakfast is very good and the staff always have a smile. Bulabog beach enjoys a nice breeze, which keeps it much cooler than the white beach side. If you want to have some quiet, you are on the right side of the island, and if you would prefer loud music all night, it's only a short walk to all of the action.

Awesome”
Got a beach view for a pretty cheap price. View was more like 4 panes of windows (which could not be opened) at the head of the bed, facing the sea on a quieter side of the island. Early in the morning and late at night you get to hear the sound of sea breeze and see the winds rattling the palm tree through the attic ceiling windows. Had an insect coming into the room one one day, but after killing it, it was all fine. Ants were around though, not sure why. If you need beach towels, just request for it at the counter, they will be super helpful. Also, someone previously mentioned about the wifi. Just tell the ladies at the office, they will help you too. It was such a pleasant stay and so comfortable and quiet, I'd definitely recommend staying here to everyone!

A little gems in Boracay!”
My family & friends stayed in Onyx room, Ruby room & Pearl room for 4 nights. All rooms were ok except for Pearl room 101B is a connecting room to Emerald villa. The room is clean well maintained and spacious but the only down side was the sound proofing was bad, can hear clearly the conversation and noise from emerald villa. The opr mgr Mryna was kind enough to change my pearl room to Jade room (honeymooners suite) on my last night.The reception staff and maintenance guys were v helpful and friendly. Emerald, Opal, Ruby, Jade & Onxy are beach front and sea facing which can watch sun rising in the morning. The walk out during low tide can catch glimpse of some interesting marine lifes. No restaurant at the resort. But nearby have a few eateries. 10 - 15 mins walk to the D mall and white beach. Overall stay was good except the noise for pearl room 101B. Will consider to stay with Boracay Gems if the room rates are cheaper.

Do not pick Pearl suite !”
When we first step foot into the compound, it was so nice. Can tell that it was kind of neglected as it was dusty but the house keeping did a decent job the next day to clean up the room. We were then told that we can use the pool at 7 Stones which was a bonus! But when we wanted to get a towel at the bar the staff just told us off that we were different. therefore can't use their towels but still allow to use the pool. Why such arrangement?We were totally treated like second class! And then now laying on the bed, I felt like screaming at my neighbor next door ! They are blasting the music away, talking and laughing so loudly and worst of all, smoking!!! Come on... It's a non smoking room!! The adjoining rooms have really thin walls and the door is slightly dented thus smell and sound can really penetrate through. Last few days were fine as they only checked in this afternoon. Can't complain to 7 Stones now as its not under their management. Can't complain to Boracay Gems too as their reception closed at 8pm. Luckily it's our last night here and we don't have to put up with this for another day. Hope no one has to go through what we went through.

Perfect hotel for Kiteboarders with deep pockets”
gorgeous room right on the windy bulabog beach side smack in the middle of the kiting action. if you kite and can afford this type of luxury this is your pad. i wouldn't recommend bringing your family to this hotel unless they like sitting in wind and watching you kite. easy walk to d'mall and white beach. not much for amenities but you can stock your own fridge and cook. i only stayed for one night as my regular haunt didn't have space on my last night. i'd be tempted to stay here again if my wife doesn't find out how much i spent.

Spacious, Complete Facilities, Well Equipped Room!”
End of May was not the good season to stay at this beach! But the design, spaciousness, attentive/beautiful hotel staff added a lot of point to this hotel! 5 of us had stayed in double storey Opal suite, it is good for group stay as it has 1 room down stair and 1 room upstair plus a living area, well equipped with 3 LCD TV and 2 mini home theater. There are kitchen equipped with cooking facilities + a large fridge as well if you like to cook! We were cooking there for a dinner and a breakfast before we checked out! Recommend to a group traveler or family traveler! It is too quiet during at night, you will find it bore and scare if you travel with your couple only! Special Tip: Buy your cooking material from D'Talipapa and cook here!!!You will find more enjoyable!

We stayed for 2 night in 7 stones hotel that was great but we couldn't book there all the nights so we stayed at Gems that it next door to 7 stones. The Onix is the smallest aprtment but you don't need more than that, small room with double bed and small bathroom. Very clean and nice design.

Comfy and satisfaction”
The hotel was not pricey and suitable for those with medium budget, but it also providing an advance accommodation with living room, jakuzi & kitchen. I was staying in Sapphire Suite, the cheapest room of the hotel. The room was so comfy and satisfying. It also near to the beach, in which we had a chance to enjoy the sunrise at the garden. The hotel has no restaurant, but still, the customer can cook at provided kitchen in each suite, order a meal at 7th Stone Hotel (just next to this hotel) or eat at the nearby local restaurant (a must try!). Will stay in this hotel again in the future ;)
