I would definitely come back and stay here”

We really didnt regret that we stayed here! The hotel room was great! Its new & very clean. The beds are very soft it would really make u feel relaxed & the bathroom shower have a hot and cold water. The breakfast that they serve are affordable. &most of all they have a very accomodating & friendly staff. I would definitely come back & stay here. P.s. for those planning to book here but kind of not sure because of the reviews that they had a hard time finding the hotel, I suggest u tell the tricycle driver to drop u @boracay municipal clinic near Azalea, they also called that area Talampas, Theres a small pathway beside the clinic, just walk straight &u will find a big brown door that is the budget room boracay hostel, in case u wont find the receptionist just go straight to boracay midtown hotel it is a new constructed building beside it has the same management& staff, & incase u would be arriving very latethe evening just look under/at the back of the reception is just sleeping haha

The hotel its difficult to find if not familiar. Can just drop at Kolai Mongyon shop there is opposite road walk along it will reach the hotel. The road just brings to the beach. We reach there but got room in Midtown Boracay hotel which is just beside it. Room was clean, towel provided, air cond and bed was very very comfortable. Its jusr 3 minutes walking distance to the beach. If still cant find the hotel, its just behind De Paris Resort. Worth for money, enjoyed the stay.

Its near boracay hospital. from jetty port ride a trike and ask the driver to drop you off at boracay hospital. its the same alley just walk straight. and the hotel will be on your right. from jetty the hospital is located before dmall. well according to the driver its the only hospital there. hotel lobby is so plain but the room, bed and bathroom, even the AC is perfect for the price you pay. they set up 1 set of toiletries and 2 towels even though we're 4 in a room, we asked for additional and they provided it without additional cost. theres no fridge and bottled water and hairdryer . may kettle and mugs. may heater but di ganon masyado umiinit.

5 minutes away from Station 2”

It's a bit hard to find, so you better the tricycle driver to take you to Tiriol Hospital. The tricycle can't drop you off right at the doorstep, you'd need to walk for about just a few meters to get to the hotel. This hotel does not have elevator, since it's only a 2-storey hotel. The hotel room is spacious enough and so I appreciate that. The bathroom is basic but it will do. It does not have a restaurant, but there's a cafeteria nearby - so you can have your meals there for an affordable price. Getting to the beach is easy, you just need to walk through a little alley way, like a narrow tunnel (between buildings) to get to the beach. You'll also have access to more commercial establishments, like restaurants and d'Mall. I find this hotel to be very convenient, and so I enjoyed my stay in Boracay.

Budget room is perfect for those who are looking for an affordable place to stay in station 2 boracay, yet without sacrificing comfort and quality. It takes less than 2 minutes to reach the beachfront. Although the exterior of the building is still under construction, the rooms are impressive and hotel-like, so our group definitely liked the place. There were coffee maker, ref, and rice cooker for common use. Almost everything you need is there! Hopefully, there will also be hair dryers available next time as well as clothes dryer. :) Also the stairs would be safer with hand rails. :)

Affordable”

Cheapest hotel available. Facilities are new. Not sure if Budget Room Boracay Island Hostel is different from MidTown Hotel but the room we booked here in Agoda is with Boracay Island Hostel and when we arrived, we stayed in MidTown Hotel. The place is pretty new. Wifi access is good. Airconditioning is great and they have shower heater which is also great. I suggest that they should clean the rooms at least once if customers are staying for at least 3 days. Should also proactively offer a change of towels and beddings. We stayed there for 3 days and 3 nights. Must also increase security. Anyone can just get in because there are no guards and the reception is not available 24/7. Overall, its a really good experience and will definitely stay here again. PS. Shout out to the horel mngr who allowed us to do late check out without addiotional fees. Thanks!

Really budget friendly”

Good value for money, very clean with all very white beddings, close to the beach, very accommodating staffs, very cool and quiet AC and the area is very quiet. The building, hotel is new. Something to reconsider: the room is small but just enough for a solo or maybe for 2. You can hear if someone is in the lobby but good enough not to hear your neighbor in their room. Its difficult to locate if your not familiar with the area (just check my tips from below to easily find the hotel). The cr is small as well but its enough for a decent use. No area for cloths hang. I just hang swimwear in the cr and turn on the exhaust all the time. It did work. Tips to get there easily: from port, ask the driver to drop you off in the municipal health center. Walk towards the ally and you an see the hotel after boracay paradise. From the beach, theres a walk way ( looking like a tunnel-but it not) between boracay de paris and mandarin spa. Its safe to walk to and from even at night time. There are always guards from both hotels at the end for their employee entrances.

Very good”

If you are looking for a place just to stay for the night, Boracay Midtown is the right place to stay. The room is bigger than expected. The bed was comfy and the AC was super cold. Location was very good for you are at the heart of Station 2. Just a few minutes walk, and you will be at the beautiful white sands of Boracay. There may be no restaurants in the hotel, but just about 10-15 steps away from it, is a 24/7 small restaurant. Babes Food House. If you are on a tight budget, this is the place for you. They have their silog meals for only 75 pesos. The only bad thing is that, on our last day, there was a scheduled brownout in Boracay. And the hotel did not have a generator. Maybe its because they are still renovating and the staff said it is under new management. Hopefully they will be putting one. Overall, will definitely come back. I just hope your price will not go up once Hennan beside it is open. :)

GREAT! WILL COME BACK! Booked 4 rooms for 15 people!”

I mean the path we took going there was horrible and it wasn't the staff's fault it was the cab driver and he gave us the wrong directions so it was a horrible walk for us. We went there and there was 15 of us. 5 minors and 3 seniors and with one infant. They don't offer any kind of food services but it is okay bec there literally a restaurant beside it that's cheap biut we didn't go there because BORACAY HAS TONS! of it. It is 5 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes walk to the hospital. It is located between the beach of Station 2 and the hospital. THE RECEPTIONIST WAS EXTREMELY EXTREMELY POLITE! We arived around 3am and she helped us even there were no elevators but she helped us carry the luggages. She offered to carry everything but hello there are 15 of us so she only carried mine. Although she doesn't speak english that well but it is okay because I know tagalog and my family does too. If you travel to boracay and is looking for a good place to just sleep. THIS IS THE PLACE!!!

The room was very nice. The matresses were thick and like for high grade hotels. They have hot & cold shower. Nice cable tv and ac works perfect! Nice location, it is 2 mins walk to beachfront far from the noise of night life. This place is a steal for a cheap price but very nice place. What you see is what you get on the room pics provided on the site. 👍👍 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Will surely book this again when I go back to Boracay! ☺️

We had 2 rooms rented for our group of 4 pax. The Deluxe Single room which has 2 single beds and the Superior Double room which has a queen size bed. Their beds are amazing. So comfortable. I did not see the brand of the beds, but I would say it is like the Ambassador Grandeur mattress. My dream mattress!!!! You should come and experience it yourself. It is about 1 min walk to the beach (maybe 30 to 50 steps, depends on how you walk but should be around that). This is a really good option if you are on a budget and would like to stay really near the beach and at a really nice hotel. I commend Eugene for being a nice host/ receptionist. Thank you. We will see you again very soon.
