"This was beyond expectations in every way. The house is beautiful. The area next to the rooms is so spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated with lots of special little touches (water fountain, loads of plants, comfiest mattress swing ever). The kitchen was very well equipped and the owners went out of their way to make it even more comfortable for us - bringing an additional table for our kitchen stuff. The room itself was more than big enough for us with tons of bed space (family of 4). There's a great supermarket and yummiest Sri Lanka restaurant ever nearby. The best thing was that the owners of the house are the nicest people in the world. Warm, friendly, inviting, so so helpful. Nilu makes the most amazing food. They hit it off with our children and we ended up staying for almost a week. Left today so grateful that this was our welcome to Sri Lanka and we will be back there for sure. We've been traveling since May and this is our most recommended place to date!! :) :)"
