Great place!”
I really enjoyed this place. From the pick-up and drop-off at the airport, the great room, pool, included delicious breakfast, and the wonderful polite staff. Also add all the great scenery and ruins with an inexpensive tuk-tuk driver and it doesn't get any better.

Exceptional”
Staff were excellent in helping me get settled and spent time to ensure I made the most of my trip in siem reap. Special thanks to Kiry for all his help with suggesting my day trips. Additional praise for the quality of food at the restaurant. Great trip and resort!

Good but could be much better ”
I will list both the sides of the hotel - it is a good hotel; just need to look in to few of the things. Please read the the full post before making any judgement: I got an upgrade - thanks to the hotel but honestly I didn't like the upgraded room. I think it was in their old premises where as I booked a room in the new premises (that's what appears from the pictures I saw). I like neat rooms - which was absent in the upgraded room. Few things needs to be looked at: 1. AC took around 40 minutes to cools down the room in room number 416. 2. The lighting in the room to me was uneven - a little dark. 3. There was no snacks at the mini bar - not sure why. 4. The coffee and sugar sashes were not managed properly in the room. On my second or 3rd day I didn't find sugar because it was never refilled I guess. Good things about the hotel: 1. Staffs are great, always smiling and helping. 2. Location is great - kind of in the middle from every where. 3. Beautiful and very comfortable lobby. 4. Pool side bar is very nice to chill a little - perfect during the cold season. 5. One of the best breakfasts I had in the hotels of this region. Very very tasty and humble number of items. 6. Again staffs are very helpful - every time asking us how was our trip, dinner etc. very caring. 7. Staffs helped us after we checked out and stayed in the lobby for 2/3 hours. They couldn't manage a late check out as there was a conference going on and all Rooms were booked - but they did their best while we stayed in the lobby waiting for our bus.

Siam reap can get pretty crazy and although this hotel is about 2k and a bit from the action streets it is a shirt cheap ride on a tuk tuk. the rooms are beautiful and the staff were the kindest friendliest people ever who work very hard. one of the nicest places we have ever stayed with try and come back soon!

Great hotel for short stay”
Travelling with 4 adults and we were greeted by Wattana who was assigned as our hotel contact on arrival. He was very informative providing recommendations for local restaurants (Embassy near the Hard Rock) which served great seasonal local food which we followed up with the Cambodian circus (must do). The hotel is a little tired but clean with good sized rooms which were reasonably equipped. The bed was good to sleep on with comfortable pillows. Poolside in the afternoon is great with sun til 4:30 (End April). Standard Asian/Western breakfast and the hotel tuk tuk drivers can take you to town for $3USD, make sure you agree to price before the ride otherwise it's $4. Would stay again.

Value for Money”
The hotel is very contemporary Cambodian look, looks amazing when you enter. The staff go above and beyond to make things comfortable and easy for you. The room was huge with a nice balcony overlooking the pool. The bathroom however was disappointing. Small shower which was mouldy and had to stand in the bath tub for a five star resort and deluxe room it wasn't acceptable. The food is bit pricey however very well cooked. The breakfast options are good. Concierge was very helpful in organizing the tours and driver along with the guide. The guide I must say was very informative and spoke proper fluent English easy to understand. Would definitely recommend the resort, however do check the shower .
