Good value”
Nice staff, good value, quiet at night
I stayed here with my mother for four nights. At $20 per night it was good value, but the breakfast is worth skipping (sachet coffee and a carrot omelette). You can get a ride into town for a dollar and have a good breakfast there. Staff were friendly and helpful, they have a nice little shop there, and there is a lovely local restaurant with karaoke across the road which we very much enjoyed. They seemed surprised to see non-Cambodians there! A general warning: there is a LOT of counterfeit US currency floating round Siem Reap; our hotel refused one bill when I was paying and I could see why once I looked at it properly. Make sure to check your change in bars and restaurants.

Price, Staff, the place
The place is a little out of town and not many shops close by, but the place was good enough for the price and staff were very helpful.

Siem Reap comment”
rooms, staff, service
The service and staff was good except for the airport transfer because as far as i know it is already included in my requirement with agoda.com for the airport transfer which means pick up from the airport that is upon arrival and drop off that is pick up from the hotel going back to the airport for our departure, but we were surprise that the hotel charged us USD10 for dropping us off to the airport . I have no choice but to pay USD10 for service back to the airport. Since i don't have an exact USD10 bill so I gave USD20 to Ms. Riya the General Manager of Check Inn Hotel ,then she gave me a USD10 bill as a change from my USD20 bill. When we got to the airport I decided to buy some chocolates with the USD10 bill i got from Ms.Riya, again to my surprise no salesperson from the shops at Siem Reap airport did not accept the said USD10 bill which i got from Ms. Riya because according to the sales person there the bill was old and faded . I'm not really sure if they are telling the truth or maybe it was a fake USD10 bill. Anyway, next time I would be very careful on choosing hotels in agoda.com or maybe i should not trust anyone at all.

Nice hotel”
Bathroom, air conditioner, staff
I was really glad to see a shower with a shower curtain and a bathtub for a change. It was not on a main street and the Hotel's business card does not have an address, which makes it tough to get a Tuk tuk to get back to the hotel. But the hotel is very nice.

Flawless service”
The service was impeccable, the staff extremely friendly and helpful at all hours of the day. The room was very well looked after, extra towels and other paraphernalia provided.
Laundry provided very conveniently, very homely feel to the place, completely stress free stay. Bicycles were available for rent but not in good shape. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect staff, location a bit far away”
Service, friendliness & price
The best about this place is the staff; especially the manager is really unique! So friendly, helpful and attentive. Rooms are ok, but a bit on the dark side. It's a bit far away from the city center (it's a 2 USD ride with TUK TUK) and in a crappy area with some local karaoke-bars. I enjoyed my 2 nights in Check-inn.

Nice and kind workers. Room was not so clean. Main areas far about 2 km. (15-20 min. by walk) wifi was ok. Bad pillows. Don't expect too much. For its price ok to stay for couple nights.

I was there with work colleague only 3 days, it is 20min from city center, but it is easy to go by walk or they will call transport for you (cheap tuk-tuk only costs 2 $). Recommended!

Best staff ever!”
Staff,big room,did I mention the staff?
We arrived at the hotel to be greeted by the owner and the nicest receptionist ever. Given a drink and a cold towel to cool down in the midday heat. After a nice chat with the owner who was so friendly we went to our room, which was a twin unfortunately as we wanted a double but they were full and we didn't really mind due to the size of it. The room was good, the shower was good. We spoke some more to the staff and they recommended using their own driver to see places which I'm usually dubious about but he was the best guy ever,so friendly and willing to do whatever you wanted and give a bit if info too. Hotel isn't walking distance to pub street but for 2$ a Tuk Tuk it's nothing, avoid the Tuk Tuk across the road at the Internet cafe,he charges more and won't budge on price. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel but it looked pretty good. Every time we returned from a day out on the dusty streets we were greeted with a cold drink, cold towel and the smiling face of a staff member. Couldn't really have found better staff than here! Definitely would stay again!

Home away from home”
Amazing staffs, great location, comfortable bed
I got to the place much earlier in the day because I was on an early morning flight. Though I wasn't able to check in until about 12 PM (the rooms were full and I did not tell them that I will be early), I was made to feel at home sitting around the lounge. The room has a decent double bed, fresh linens and towels. I did get some noise from the construction happening outside (in the day) and occasional karaoke (in the evening) once in a while, but it's nothing major seeing that I was out most of the time. You can rent a bicycle at USD 2 a day to get around. Where the place is, it's very accessible to town. Takes nothing more than 15 minutes (if you are cycling slow, like me) to get to town. Cycling to the Angkor Archaeological Park will take a little longer. You'll find some lovely street food vendors on your way there and if you're feeling adventurous, give it a try! My stay with Check Inn Siem Reap was truly a very pleasant stay. Riya and her staffs were amazing and very attentive to their guests for as long as I was there. Will definitely be back on my next trip.

Quiet location. Good staff. Good price.
Stayed for 3 nights in peak season and enjoyed being away from the busy Pub Street area in the town centre. Hotel is clean and quiet and has good quality bedding. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and spoke good English. Well located for Ankor tours and Is recommended.

Good choice”
Helpful staff, comfortable room, good location
I was happy with my stay. There are good restaurants nearby, wifi was excellent, and the staff are superb. They proactively checked twice to ensure the bus company was coming to pick me up and I didn't even book the ticket through the hotel. I liked the suite-style room design although they didn't manage to avoid the one thing that bugs me about many asian hotels - shower water running all over the floor. This was a minor issue though and at least the bathroom was a decent size with modern plumbing. I would not hesitate to stay there again.
