Good value for money. Good people and very accommodating.”
This is a great place to stay. We have the owner to arrange for our tuktuk ride from the bus stop as we reached Cambodia late at night at a price with an Angkor Wat Tour the next day. They have a swimming pool that we enjoyed until 10pm. Though it wasn't next to any of night markets nor the Pub street as will take you some 12-18mins(1km) walk to get there.
2nd time to book in this hotel. Friendly staff and nice breakfast by the pool side. Will book again
Good location, 15-20min walk to pub street. Close to the Ankgor National Museum. Very nice people. Could introduce the possible route and everything. Wifi signal weak... Have to put up sign in order to have room clean-up.
Got what I paid for”
Came from a sleeper bus ride from Phnom Penh and arrived at the guesthouse at around 5am. Could not check in since no available room. Was able to check in at around 10AM. Facilities were okay. The pool is lovely. Cleanliness of the hotel can be improved. Bedroom has an old feel to it (esp. with a box tv) but nonetheless okay. They arrange tours to Angkor Wat. The staff were nice. Location is far from the night markets. Need to ride a tuktuk or walk for around 20 mins. Overall, recommendable guesthouse.
Great place to say in Siem Reap!”
My sister and I were picked up from the airport by complimentary services from the guesthouse. Our driver, Phiron, was very friendly and an excellent tuk tuk driver! The guesthouse is charming and beautiful with characteristics of a Buddhist temple. The twin room we had was humble and clean and the bathroom was quite big with a good shower. The downstairs lobby are is also a small restaurant where breakfast was served. Loved the delicious fresh fruit in the morning with our meal. It's not in the heart of the city center where the new and old markets are, but nothing short of a 5-10 min tuk tuk ride or a 15 min walk. The pool is amazing - decorated with an abundance of trees and plants. It was truly a little oasis from the heat and chaos of the city streets. We booked a two day Angor Wat trip through the hotel, which was amazing! Phiron was our driver and had cold water and towels for us. The staff were so kind and friendly. We absolutely loved our stay here and definitely recommend!
Worth staying here”
The entrance was a bit creepy since there’s building during construction. However, the guesthouse itself was nice. Once you arrived, they served you with fresh welcome drink of mixed fruit shake and refreshing towel. We went out to see sunrise very early they also prepare breakfast for you but it’s gonna be cold. Overall, I satisfied with my stay.
We enjoyed our stay, the staffs are all pleasant, accommodating, and helpful. They are willing to go the extra mile to help us out with bike rentals, reservations, etc. They might want to reconsider upgrading their AC because it's awfully hot in Siem Reap. We would've wanted a cooler room on our next stay. ...there is definitely a next time for Bou Savy. See you again soon!
A value for money. Good location. Friendly staffs.”
The guesthouse is located at a strategic area. Easy access to everywhere. Nice ambience with swimming pool. Friendly staffs. The hotel provided us free transport upon arrival. They also served us welcome drink that were so refreshing. The rooms and bathrooms are clean too. Friendly staffs. Breakfast even limited choices but good food. Will definitely come back again. And will recommend to our friends.
Very nice stay”
Most accomodating straff I’ve ever experienced before. Backpack travel, yet still very nice price and amazing value for the money. They will help with whatever you need. If you go to Siem Reap - go here!
The included breakfast was good with a lot of options. Nice pool to cool of at after a day in angkor. Comfy beds and wi-fi worked great. Only complaint we have is that we booked a driver through the hotel to take us to see the sunrise in angkor wat, but in the morning he never showed up... We didn’t complain about it, but didnt receive an apology either? so be sure to doublecheck if you book through the hotel. Thankfully one of the other drivers from the hotel ageed to take us. We really recommend Rithy, great driver! Over all a great stay, i would recommend.
Value for money, huge rooms”
I thought this place was lovely. I would not want to give them negative comment because they did their best to accommodate us despite some minor confusion over our booking. The free breakfast was simple but good enough to energize us during our temple run. overall very nice stay.
Dear Alfred, Thank you very much for your friendly review us on this page. We are looking forward to welcome you again at Bou Savy Guesthouse. With our warm regards, Bou Savy Guesthouse Team.
Worth every penny! Excellent place!”
We didn't expected much of the place because we've been through several accommodations for same price and it wasn't as good as this so we were surprised when we arrived. I DEFINITELY recommend them! Excellent place, has a good pool, good people and good food. Room was very clean, big and spacious for the price. They also have a free airport pickup when we requested and the driver was very nice. If you're at the Cambodia, please look for their driver Phinro, he's so nice and knows which spot of the Angkor Wat and other temples to stop without joining the crowd. Kudos!!
Great place to stay. The staffs had very good hospitality and English skill. The price isn’t expensive. Even though the location is not very close to the night market but it’s not very far either and the staffs can propably offer you for a ride in the cheap price
Superb Location, Great Staffs and Value For the Money”
I originally booked at Bou Savy Guesthouse but we were transferred to their newly built villa. My friends and I enjoyed our stay here ans we will definitely go back here. There are many reasons why we like this hotel. Number one is their amazing staffs. They are very nice and helpful. When we arrived, they welcome us warmheartedly. They prepared some welcome drinks for us. They also have their own tuktuk driver that made our trip more convenient. Tuktuk driver picked us up and brought us at the airport. Our driver is very nice and quick and we're able to communicate with him well. The owner also let our visitor stayed and used the swimming pool for free which we greatly appreciated. Second reason is the location. It's just near to the airport and Angkor Wat. It takes about 20 minutes to get there. Third one is their amenities and the value for the money. They exceed our expectations. We totally like our room. The scenery in our veranda is just great. My friends and I hope to be back there. ^^ Thank you Bou Savy for the amazing stay we had in your hotel and in Cambodia. -CJ and Friends
We had a lot of adventures in Siem Reap and we had to thank our tuktuk driver Mr. Vuth for that :) He was very accomodating and kind to our family.. The hotel was very nice and had spacious rooms which are really clean. We stayed in a non-airconditioned room and it's fine, because it was cold during the night. There was also a swimming pool, but we never got to see it because of our tight schedule.. If I come back to Cambodia, I'll surelh book with your hotel again! :)
Great value and location”
Guesthouse was about 4-5mins away from Pub Street but with tuk tuk everywhere, it was no trouble getting around. Daily breakfast, nice pool and good service makes this great value. I enjoyed my stay very much and wuld go back again.
If you want to experience Cambodia's Hospitality, definitely this Guesthouse has it. Very friendly staff. Can speak fluent English. You feel secure talking to them. They offer welcome drinks & free breakfast. The location is in the center, near to Cambodia's Angkor Night Market and the Beautiful 12th Century Superstructure, Angkor Wat. The main selling point of this Guesthouse is the gorgeous swimming pool. It was very relaxing. We enjoyed our Cambodia Tour and it was unforgettable.
clean and friendly”
The location is far from Pub Street and the temples, maybe a good 1 kilometer and you have to go inside a dirt road. We walked to and fro the guesthouse, otherwise you may book a tuktuk. The Staff are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was simple and the room is clean. great for backpackers
I stayed her for 4 days along my holidy in Seim Reap. This place was awsome!!! After tired of all day from travel and you came back to guesthouse take your cloths off and jump into the pool. It's was a good relax. All staff is very lovely, friendly and helpful. Recomended here to spent your time.
Reasonable price and good location”
Everything good, price, location, service and of course the design of the guest house itself. The only con is the small path which connect between the guest house and main road is not tar road, get muddy during rainy day, hard to walk.
