It is very nice budget hotel with 1 issues. Overall it was satisfactory, price, friendly staff, grab & go breakfast.. everything was quite fit for business needs. Only issue was soundproofing. i stayed there for a night solely to attend a friend's wedding near the hotel, and that's all. staffs there were friendly and professional, but the property is far from both the airport and strip and old. i would not recommend unless you have a specific plan in boulder city such as playing golf or going to the dam/mountain area.

This charming Hotel was built in 1933 and retains much of the charm of that era. The dining area is a pleasure to dine in. Was pleasantly surprised by there being a kitchen. Bathroom was a little small, but we’re small people so we didn’t mind. Overall, very clean & very friendly & accommodating staff
