Very thin walls”
Make sure you ask for a room at the end of the corridor, the walls are super thin. We were kept awake by our neighbors watching TV until 3AM and had to eventually be moved to the said room at the end of the building after numerous efforts from staff to our neighbors to keep the noise down.

Old mattress and noisy neighbors..”
I usually don't write bad reviews for the places I stay, but I was VERY DISAPPOINTED with the room I got. The mattress was so old and used, I could feel the springs on it.. On top of that, the neighbors were a little too excited next door. I was too tired to ask for another room, since I checked in late. But, I would definitely not recommend it, even though the location was really convenient...

We choose this hotel only because of location. It used to me better in the past. At this time sheets were not clean (marks of blood), we could hear guests on the other room until late time (kids were yelling and hitting their room door and TV was on all until 3am) it was very exhausting as hard to sleep, too many people in the breakfast room not good at all for the pandemic time (they are making the hotel as a work office and external people can get breakfast too increasing the number of people) among some others issues.

I stayed at Bourbon Convention Center for business in Sao Paulo. The hotel was very nice from the lobby to the rooms. Excellent service on hotel needs as well as recommendations/service for out of hotel activities. The food was excellent and the breakfast buffet was included and very extensive.

Hotel is located in the south area of Sao Paulo, nearby Ibirapuera Shopping Mall. Room is good, clean, nice. But breakfast is very very crowdy, difficult to find seat.

I use this property as overnight stop overs traveling to/from Australia. Good spot directly across the road from the Ibirapuera shopping centre, and easy access to catch a taxi or uber to see family and friends.

hotel is located by ibirapuera shopping mall, very convenience to find food, also just opposite to poa do acugar hypermarket which make us more easy. room is nice and clean conforming to 4-star standard

generally is good. everything meets my expectaion. ibirapuera mall is next door to the hotel. only 1 thing is that breakfast is very crowdy every morning, difficult to find seat. the rest is good for me.

Staff are nice. Location is convenient especially for business traveler. But the equipments of the Gym are a bit poor. Anyhow, I will choose it next time in my business trip to Sao Paulo.

Good location and close to Ibirapuera Shopping. Good size of room but could have better pillows (small size and flat). Bed had a plastic cover that makes noise and moving. Breakfast is normal and nothing special. Staff was friendly and helpful.

My third time to stay in Burnbon. A nice hotel with competitive price. But the breakfast needs to be improved.
