Unlimited coffee and drinking water ”
I booked VIP room by expecting the design of the room may impress us however it’s rather ordinary room with 2 computer (which doesn’t added value to us). Jacuzzi in room is not working which disappointed us even further. The light of room too dark. The hotel provide unlimited coffee and drinking water. Near to metro and near to Nampo street. Take note the hotel initially allowed us to check in at 4pm but we request for early check in at 2pm.
Awesome service especially for the lady. She allowed early checked in. and we gt free flow of coffee and drinks at the lobby at any time. Very homely. However the rooms might not be sound proof. Cz in the middle of the night, I could hear people from other room. And also they provide all the toilettries except big towel. they do provide small face towels. Thus pls bring ur own towel. The bed is quite hard. This is not for fussy people. I had a good timr there and easy to go to the town central.
Everything is great!”
Love this hotel very much. Very near Yongdusan park & Downtown. The lady at the reception is exceptional! Two thumbs up! She is very responsive, she gave us an early check in so that we can start our day early. She is very polite and explain to us the best way to get to the hotel and the various amenities that they provide. At the lobby, there is a free coffee machine. Cafe Latte is great for cold weather. There is a microwave oven at the lobby as well, we had good times heating up our takeaway food and eat together at the cafe-like seats at the lobby. The room is spacious enough, and they even have hair products such as gel, hairspray, straightener and curler in the room. Will definitely recommend this hotel to others
Friendly staffs, spacious, clean”
Staffs are friendly and helpful, room is spacious and clean, provide hair straightener, dryer and a big bathtub, also big tv and computer. Hotel provide unlimited free mineral waters and coffee. A bit of uphill walking but near to nampo market street and busan tower
Modern, good staff and good facilities ”
We booked a total of 6 rooms and everyone of us was fascinated by its size, room layout, comfortable bed, heater on the bed, cleanliness, location and helpful smiley staff. Walking distance to Lotte department store , underground shopping and Nampo subway station. Yongdusan park is just next to the hotel. 10 mins walk to Jalghachi fish market, BIFF Square and bus stop to Taejondae park. Very helpful staff. The hotel provided free flow of coffee at the lobby, toiletries ire shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, hair dryer ... Nothing lacks. There is a Super big bath tub within the room too . Water pressure is good too for a good shower. Will return to stay here again
Modern Design room with great location”
My stay at Aria Motel is very comfortable and pleasant. Subway station is around the corner, but it takes quite some up hill walk to the hotel from Jungang station. But it is still manageable for a girl like me with 2 trolley luggage. Because Aria is located at the base of Busan Tower. It is very easy to walk up to Busan tower from Aria. But u can also stop at the next station, Nampo-dong station. There's an escalator in Nampo-dong up to Busan Tower, and then from Busan tower just walk down to Aria Motel. Take this route if u have no luggage or after shopping at Nampo-dong. I still love Aria's location even with the up hill. It was very central, as it was accessable to Nampo-dong, Jagalji Market, Gukje market and so. I even took Buses around Busan and the bus stop is just at the main road of Jungang. Lady Boss of Aria is very friendly, she speaks some basic english. I always asked her for direction before leaving the motel. Please get a hotel namecard in Korean from desk and carry it with you. Just in case you are lost, or you need to ask someone for directions. It was very useful for me.
Location good, hard to communicate, staff not really helpful ”
Location was good.. Write is hotel but is Motel...By check in we reach early the friendly lady staff let us check in early that really feel good. But She not really know English and mandarin or Cantonese a-bit hard to communicate. Night time our toilet bowl was stuck going to overflow tell to reception uncle, we try to communicate in English and Mandarin/Cantonese but he totally don’t understand what we saying until we use video call to show him what happen on toilet bowl..then he past us plunger ask us settle by ourself 😓😓 Coz is budget hotel other thing still okay just feel like the night time uncle not really helpful.
Breakfast rate but included for everyone...”
Hotel in general was good enough for our short stay. The irritant was mainly related to the price we paid for the room. We had paid an extra with Agoda for breakfast but breakfast was included for everyone, leading us to believe that we paid extra for nothing.
Good location and room facilities”
The hotel is located quite near to Metro. Although the hotel is located up the hill, there’s a shortcut to the hotel by getting out from exit 1 of Nampo station and then walk straight to the escalator to go to Yongdusan Park and then from there walk up the hill to the hotel.
Few steps to Yongdusan Park”
We are using exit 7 and walk to the hotel from Nampo station. If you have not many luggage exit 2 with narrow escalators up to the hill is the choice. Free upgrade to Premium Room, comfortable&spacious.
This hotel turned out to be exceptional. Check-in was seamless and we were greeted by a nice lady who is so sweet and gentle. Our room was huge for a "standard room". It came with a huge bath tub for 2, warm heated bed and huge tv with cable. Our room was also provided with alot of toiletries. Free minibar & breakfast too. It is only 3 bus stops away from Busan Station and about 30mins to the airport via taxi, and the fare was reasonable too. The location is perfect, near BIFF, Jagalchi, Lotte Mall and Gukje - just nice for a day trip. Do note that if you have alot of heavy luggages & taking the public transport, there is this long steep slope that leads to the hotel. I will definitely recommend this place!
Nice comfy w spacious clean room lots of free stuff, slight walk to mrt.”
Like the free stuffs, like unlimited bottled mineral water, drinks, coffee, toiletries, orio, etc. heater good during winter. But towels small. Slight walk 10mins to mrt, nampodong. But 100m to 24hr 7/11, cafes, busanTower. Price is good. Has big room. Staff is super kind. Cleans room everyday. Will return here.
It's quite weird that there are many motels in Busan. When I choose a hotel in Busan, I tried very hard to avoid motels but unfortunately I still picked this one and it's actually a motel... The room is not clean and comfortable enough and the style is just weird. Good thing is, the reception lady is nice and it provides unlimited bottle water.
nice people, but the room is not as great as shown”
The lighting of the room is not comfortable, the central floor heating is turn on and I have not way to turn it off, it make us sleep uncomfortable and hot. The lady is nice and willing to change room but we are too busy to site seeing, and when we return the room is Not clean up at all. ><
Everything was fantastic! Spacious room, great service and great for couple and family! Great service from staff but it was a bit challenging for us to communicate as they can not speak English very well. Still, I'd return to this hotel if I ever visit Busan again!
Great location and friendly staff”
Great location Great staff Clean Affordable Korean beds are rock hard Hike up hill was not too fun More of a love hotel but we got 2 suites and it was fine for my 2 kids 15 and 10 and my husband and I. I would return to this hotel.
I guess this hotel was a motel once. So, it fits to young couple but not for family. ”
(-) The ambience of my room is not so good. It feels so gloomy and dark. (-) Location near room salon / night life pub. (-) Bed is so hard. It made my back stiff when I woke up. (+) Very near from Yongdusan Park, actually it’s located just about 100-200 away. (+) Near from Gwangbokro fashion street in Nampodong, alson near Lotte Department. (+) Drinks are free! They give the guests unlimited bottled waters. Guests can take it anytime from the fridge. There is a coffee maker too near the hotel lobby. (+) Staff is super friendly and helpful. The ahjumma gave me the shortcut to go to Gwangbokro via Yongdusan Park. The ahjussi went to our room immediately when I asked about hot water faucet. (+) My room is equipped with big bath tub, enough for 3 people inside there.
Staff are friendly place are cozy but it was steep up. Was't in my luck that day which it rains and routed my way to look for the hotel. but overall it's a nice place to stay and easy accessible to all in Busan.
Check-in time is usually in the evening but I arrived around 10.30am. The lady gave me a free upgrade (standard double to deluxe double) so I could check-in almost immediately. Appreciated. She was also very friendly and offered to give me tips regarding places to visit around the area. There are free bottled water and coffee at the lobby, and also free tea, oreo cookies and coffee in the room. Apart from hair dryer, there is also a flat iron for hair-styling. This was a plus. The bed was harder than usual but I had a good sleep during my 7 nights there. The room I stayed in was interesting as there was no door for the bathroom. If you're not staying alone, things can get quite awkward.. but I think it's an interesting place for couples. Lighting in the room is on the darker side (like other travellers mentioned, quite inconvenient for ladies to apply make-up), but I think it's fine. Remember to lock your room doors manually when you enter or leave the room, as the door locks are not automatic. Prepare own towels too, because only small towels are provided at the hotel. The location is on top of a hill so climbing up and down can be a hassle, but you can also choose to reach the hotel from the Yongdusan Park escalator (get off at Nampo station exit 5 or 7 instead of Jungang station). Overall, interesting stay. I would say this place is recommended for solo travellers, couples, or people who are very comfortable with showering in front of each other ;) p.s.: It says "hotel" on the outside of the building, but basically everything else inside the hotel says "motel". It is basically a motel, but I didn't feel uncomfortable in any way during my stay.
Had a great stay there”
Room was clean and spacious. Good location, walking distance to Gwangjok Lotte Mall. Within walking distance to Nampo-dong Subway station. There are actually 2 ways to get to the hotel. One is via the travellator towards the Yongdusan Park and another way is slightly uphill. Free Wi-Fi, free coffee at lobby. They also give complimentary 3 bottles of mineral water.
