Enjoyable stay”
Really enjoyed our stay at the boutique hotel. I was travelling with my grown up daughter. The room was small but quiet at night although very warm. It was very clean and well tended. The hotel was in a great location and the staff were friendly. Everything we requested was done from early check in and late check out to single beds. The breakfasts were great and plentiful and the staff very accommodating. We did not spend very much time in the hotel as we were busy sightseeing, but the bar looked good and there was reasonably priced room service. The hotel was in a god location right next to the Danube and within 5 minutes from a tram stop and 10 minutes for the airport bus. It was easy to get around and visit the sights on foot and there were loads of shops and restaurants in the area. I was very pleased with our choice of hotel. It was good value for money and did everything we would have wanted it to do. Many thanks to all the staff.

Very nice and clean hotel, located in the center close to city market hall. Modern and design equipment, comfortable beds, we had a very good sleep. Good breakfast. Nice and helpfull staff, the whole hotel smells nice. Overall perfect stay, we would definitely recommend and would book again.

The staff helped us to clean the room and change the towels/sheet everyday, I do appreciate their hard work. Also, the location of the hotel is great. I can go to almost all tourist spots within 25 mins. I can’t find any reasons I dun stay there if I travel to Budapest next time.

Cute hotel in a great location.”
We chose this hotel because it was near the train station. The hotel staff and the hotel itself was very cute and charming. The room was quite small we could barely layout two luggages in the double bed room. I think that for the price of the stay it should include breakfast. The location was in the middle of city area and right in front of the bridge which allows you to cross over to the Pest side. If you’re trying to go out then I would stay closer to the bar area as a cab was a little pricey to get back to that area.

Positive + 1) Convenient location - 5 min to Central Market Hall and next to street of souvenirs / restaurants 2) Clean room and sufficient amenities - Tooth brush tooth paste and slippers available on request 3) Shout out to Front Office Staff Peter and Milan who went out of their way to assist me in my stay ( Milan was always smiling ! ) Thanks to the staff for helping to receive my parcels too Negative — 1) Nosy housekeeper - I was at the bar alone and the house keeper came to ask if I am traveling with my partner and whether he was sleeping ( Frankly none of her business ) There was a Do Not Disturb sign outside my door so that says it all Pls value privacy of your guests by not asking intrusive and irrelevant questions 2) During check out time 11 am there was only one front office staff so everyone was kept waiting and the poor staff was so frazzled

Accessible location and a pleasant stay”
The property is located next to a metro station as well as a tram stop which makes travelling convenient. However, it is not in the middle of everything so a travel pass would come in handy. Staff were friendly and helpful from start to end and the room was cosy although it’s quite small and we didn’t have much space to put down our luggage. Breakfast spread was ok but it does not change. Nonetheless, you have the option of going to the Market Hall located right opposite the hotel. There’s a popular and cheap Thai massage place downstairs but it’s usually fully booked. You could change money at a better rate across the bridge (11 min walk) without commission - use Google Map to find but if you cannot be bothered there are shops nearby that offer slightly poorer rates. However, these shops also charge commission. All in all a decent stay!

Friendly, Efficient, Centrally Located Hotel”
We really enjoyed our 4 night stay at Boutique Zara Hotel and we wished we had booked more time there! The location right off of Vaci Utca (a major shopping, dinning and sight seeing area) was great and the staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were super friendly and helpful. Upon arrival the front desk staff gave us an information packet which included sight seeing info, maps and discounts for the Baths (a must do, especially in the winter). There was even a buy one get one free voucher for mulled wine at the Christmas market. The rooms were a bit small, but clean and the decor was nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues who visit Budapest.

This hotel is perfect for tourists especially who is the first time in Budapest. You can easily find a Tram stop just a few steps away from the hotel. At the Tram stop, left side is Vaci Street and the right side is Central Market. We were the first time in Budapest but this hotel gave us a very wonderful time. We will absolutely recommend this place to all. It was so convenient and comfortable that we could be back to our room for refreshment a few minutes every time when we're tired. Furthermore, the staff were very friendly and nice. We had to leave very early in the morning to catch a connecting flight but they offered us the lovely packages of breakfast for the way to the airport.

A Budapest pearl”
When I was about to check in I was told there was an error in my reservation - the days was offset by one day and they had expected my arrival the day before! However, without any argument the receptionist kindly offered to correct the booking free of charge, even though the fault was not at the hotel. I was amazed they didn't use the situation to cash in a few extra $$ but I guess it shows their dedication in making the stay as pleasant and free of troubles for the traveler as possible. A big star in their book for that! As for the rest of the stay, it was worth every cent. The location is about perfect for Budapest, close to the river, the main shopping street, and right next to the metro and trams. The rooms was very well cleaned and even though small (they warn about this on their page) the space is well used so they don't feel that small. And the breakfast was very well for being free of charge. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended! (Business travelers beware, there is a computer at the lobby and a free wi-fi hotspot, but the wi-fi does not work from the rooms.)

Fantastic Hotel”
I pick Hotel Zara first by the name Zara. Sounds like my favorite brand for clothes. But once you arrived Budapest Center you'll find out how convenient it is from Zara to the other places. You can take trolly bus just by walking out to the main street. It should take you < 1 mins walk from hotel. And Metro station is only 3 mins away. The staff are very nice and welcome for any questions.

We paid so little money for a so-good hotel this time. We plan to go back to Budapest in the near future and will definitely stay at Boutique Zara hotel. No need to look elsewhere.

Had a fantastic break in Budapest. Staff were very helpful. The hotel is just off Vaci Utca, the main pedestrian tourist street. Lots of things to do and see with a range of choices for food. The food at theZara was a good option.
