It's located at the perfect location. There is a supermarket (Albert Heijn) nearby which you can easily get foods/snacks there. The room is compact, clean and has everything I need. Bear in mind that there is a separate room between bathroom and bedroom. but since I live alone in single room, I have no problem with it. totally perfect in general!

3 days in Maastrichht”
Hotel next to the town square: many restaurants, cafes, shops. Comfy beds. Very nice patio where you can have breakfast. In the rooms on the front side you may suffer from sounds of the Maastricht night life. And we consider the stairs to the highest floor a bit challenging. The staff let us keep our bikes on the patio overnight which was very nice.

The hotel is in an old house, the fire hazard precautions seem to be at the edge of the satisfactory, especially in the attic. The room in the attic is what they say is their TOP CLASS, but it is small, smells impregnated wood and the roof is just over you. You can hear everything in the street through the roof! Overall I strongly advise against it. We immediately changed to the room on the 1st floor, it is some better, but the bathroom is small. Moreover, the light in the room is very weak, insufficient , no ceiling lamp, only weak lamps on the wall. You can not read or even making luggage is hard. O.K. for very romantic evening only. The breakfast is unjustifiably expensive. There was no shower gel in the bathroom when we checked in. I asked twice for it and in 1 h I got it. Altogether the score is 6 of 10, considering the position is central.

Warning not for guests with mobility issues”
This hotel has very steep stairs with no lifts. My 84 year old mother travelled with me. The only single rooms are up 2 or 3 flights of these steep stairs She struggled up the stairs on her hands and knees and was exhausted when she eventually got to her room I discussed the safety issues of this with the staff but received no help at all. No offer of alternative room, assistance or refund to get another hotel At £150 per night for each single room this definition was not value for money

ein sehr schönes Boutique Hotel in Maastricht in zentraler Lage. Meine Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen. Das gilt gleichermaßen für den Empfang, das Zimmer, das Bad und das Frühstück. Einziger Minuspunkt war die Störung der Nachtruhe durch das Nachbarzimmer und den nicht ganz so souveränen Umgang des jungen Mannes an der Nachtrezeption.
