A Must!”
My best friend and I stayed here for 6 nights as part of our trip through southern Italy. The staff were very kind and sweet especially, Melania, Tina and Antonino! They were extremely knowledgeable and had great recommendations for restaurants and shops. The hotel was quiet even though it was full booked. It is within walking distance to the marina where there are a bunch of fish/seafood restaurants. Soul & Fish is a must! Also, if you are into shopping, Tazzo Square is about a 15min walk from the hotel. Everything is conveniently located. The hotel has happy hour as well which was a great bonus. Towards the end of our stay, we lounged upstairs at their rooftop patio with pool which had a spectacular view of the sea. You can order lunch while hanging by the pool. It's decently priced and good quality. Breakfast was delicious with many options. We truly enjoyed our stay at this Helios and would highly recommend it to anyone travelling to Sorrento. You will not be disappointed! Hope to go back again!

Hotel Helios Sorrento”
Clean and comfortable mid-range Hotel. Staff very helpful and pleasant in nature. They will arrange all your needs and trips ect. Breakfast ample. Snacks and drinks avaiable from bar. Fridge with drinks ect in room. Sun terrace pleasant with a great view of the sea and beyond including Mount Vesuvius. Fun jacuzzi. Short walk to the begining of town with great views of the bay. Local bus stops along the road and cheap fares to the train, bus and ferry terminal. No tea making facilities due to fire safety, and lack of English chanels on T.V. Some traffic noise on terrace but unavoidable as the hotel is off a busy road, but gentle music played in the evening, which dose help to distract. I personal found the hotel to be very pleasant and it did meet all our needs. I would return and stay again at the Helios as I felt very comfortable there.

Very nice experience”
Spotless hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful sea view from the roof terrace. Plentiful breakfast looking at the sea again on the dining terrace. Short walk downhill to the centre of Sorrento. The rooms were air conditioned and cleaned regularly.

Wonderful stay at boutique hotel”
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect - quiet with a short walk into town. The hotel itself is simple, stylish and clean. The rooftop terrace is lovely. The breakfast is beautifully presented, with a fair variety of choice. What makes the hotel great is the staff. They are all keen to help, taking time with the little things and they are so friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. We had a room on the first floor near the bar. We loved our room and our view, but it was a little noisy on the first night due to chattering at reception. We asked about the noise and were offered a move, but would have lost our sea view, so we took a chance. We were glad we did as we didn’t have a problem again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfect for couples. Beware the (unexpected) Sorrento tourist tax which gets charged as you end your stay - €3 per day per person for a maximum of 7 days.

Fantastic hotel”
Hotel is lovely. It is a bit of a walk from the centre so if you struggle with walking it might be best to get the bus or a taxi. Lovely view from the terrace and lovely breakfast! Very friendly staff.

Awful manner”
I booked a room for 2.. First night i slept alone.. 2nd night I'm sleeping with my friend and we gave the passport to the staff, telling him to photocopy the passport but he only kept it, and returned to my friend in the morning instead..the last night we came back to the hotel together but my friend forgot his passport somewhere else I thought it wouldnt be a problem because the night before we already gave hotel his passport however staff said he could not stay the night because he didnt have the passport with him.. So i insisted of bringing him the hotel as i think i have the right to do so and we already gave the passport the night before.. However at 1 am staff called and say he need to leave the hotel in 10 mins so I say no he will stay here at least for an hour .. At one hour later sharp, staff called and say he need to leave I repeated myself and say he will stay.. Ath the following hour staff called and say he will need to leave now .. We have no choice but to let him leave the hotel and sleep somewhere else .. In the morning i complained to the manager.. He said accordig to the italian laws he cant stay without his passport however We did give him already but Its the hotel responsibity to photocopy it but they didnt do so.. I am very disapppinted with the hotel and staff i don't think they have the right to do what they just did to me

Bel emplacement avec un beau cadre et vue superbe sur la baie et le Vésuve depuis la chambre L’hôtel est très propre et décoré avec goût, c’est rafraîchissant. Un peu éloigné du centre, le gardiennage de la voiture est un peu cher (20€/nuit) à prévoir dans le budget du séjour! Je le recommande (sans voiture) et sauf si on vous attribue une chambre proche de la réception.

Positiv Das Hotel an sich dient seinem Zweck ist sauber, gutes Frühstück, kleines Pool auf dem Dach. Negativ: wlan war echt schlecht obwohl direkt Zimmer neben reception Ca. 15 min zu Fuß bis in die Stadt Das bringen von Speisen ist verboten obwohl das Hotel nur Snacks anbietet und keine Speisen wie Pizza etc. finde schade das man das nicht verzehren darf im Pool Bereich. Preisleistung könnte günstiger sein wegen der Lage ist echt anstrengend wenn man 1 Woche da ist

מלון בוטיק קטן מאד (כ-15 חדרים) במפרץ הצופה על סורנטו (ראות בעיקר ממרפסת ארוחת הבוקר. המלון חדיש, יפה ומטופח, ארוחת בוקר טובה מאד. אנו הישגנו את המלון במסגרת מבצע של אגודה בפחות מחצי מחיר (ולכן המחיר היה מצוין), בד"כ המחיר גבוה. המלון פתוח רק חלק מהשנה (נסגר בסוף אוקטובר). אין חניה במלון עצמו ויש להשתמש ב-VALET PARKING שהוא יקר (למעלה מ-20 יורו ללילה) ודי מסורבל. מהמלון ניתן לכת ברגל למרכז העתיק של סורנטו (הליכה ארוכה). נסו לקחת קומה 1 - את החדר הסמוך למרפסת - חדר זה מצויד בג'קוזי.
