This place was awesome. Staffs were very kind and helpful. I did vietnam ironman 70.3 so I had leave early morning by 4am on the race day. One of the staff know this and they prepare a breakfast just for me and sent to my room by 3am. This action was so kind of them. I would like to go again Danang and stay in this same hotel, just as tourist. Thank You Boutique Hotels Cocobay Danang hotel. You are great.

Really Nice Hotel”

There are 4 hotels in Cocobay. We enjoyed our stayed it’s really nice hotel. There are Cocobay Bus tour for hotel guests it’s Convenient to travel around Da Nang. Also the hotel is close to the beach we just had to take a golf cart there. Nice pool and nice restaurant by the beach! Love it! Definitely will be back next time.

Enjoy my stay over in Cocobay. Nice boutique hotel. However location is a bit far from other location and you need to take the bus or taxi. I enjoyed my stay over in Cocobay and they are nice to send me a birthday cake which make my day a great one. Think they will progress well.

The hotels have so much potential but it will take them a long time to get there”

When I checked in and got to my room, I thought my room was not prepared because there was one towel on the lavabo. There was no number to call the reception desk on the table phone. I was told that house keeping staff usually put one bathroom towel on the lavabo for their own convenience when cleaning the room. Breakfast was free at Hương Xưa restaurant which was very nice. But some minor things ruined my experience there. I ordered a fried egg Vietnamese sandwich. A dumb guy used chopstick to break the eggs and put egg white only to the sandwich. Music was played loudly until midnight. I thought was staying at an uncivil small town, not a 3 star hotel complex. In summary, Boutique hotels need to train their staffs more professionally. Professionalism is their most obvious shortcoming.

Did not Stay ”

Paid for this hotel but changed plan to stay closer to friends in town DaNang instead. The cost is good, but as I mentioned, I ended up not staying there.

Good value”

Clean modern room. Friendly and helpful staff. Large complex with swimming pool, shops and restaurants. Free entertainment in the main courtyard on weekend nights. Free shuttle to a quiet beach where there is a restaurant and a small pool.

Do yourself a favor and find a different complex besides cocobay. They are under a lot of construction and seem to have big plans but it seems like too much for them to handle. Entrance guards were unhelpful and tried to prevent me from entering Everytime I returned to the resort. Check in too forever with only three staff who would were to busy ok the phone to address arrivals. My room was hot and smelled musty when I finally was given a key. The floors were dirty and the fridge was full of mold. When I informed the staff, they said they didn't believe me and sent someone to verify then didn't do anything about it aside from a vague promise they would try to send someone to look at it the next day and offered a very half hearted apology. I had to stay in the area so I stayed the night but was woken up in the morning before 8am with music blasting over speakers in the courtyard. I regret staying even one night and hope you don't make the same mistake.

Check in vào buổi tối chỉ duy nhất 1 bạn lễ tân xử lý cho 1 khối lượng khách rất lớn. Thế nên 11:15pm check in nhưng tới hơn 00:00 AM hôm sau mới được nhận phòng. Việc này gây bực bội mệt mỏi cho khách hàng khi phải đợi để được nghỉ. Các thứ khác đều ok. --- I check-in in the evening and the resort only one receptionist processing with a lot of check-in from other customer visits. Therefore process check-in takes a long time of me. I feel tired because that's time so late. It's about 11:15 pm to 0:15 am of a new day.

There are 2 big pros: staffs and buffet breakfast. The room is quite small. Restaurants are expensive.

Horrible staff, terrible location”

First night one of the restaurant staff told me to “F” off in Vietnamese because I have then a discount coupons, that the hotel provides, after they brought me the check. My traveling companion speaks Vietnamese and when confronted the woman denied it but her boss eventually came over and admitted it happened and apologized. BecJse the hotel is so far from town, there is no other food options. The breakfast buffet became more and more limited and the staff pulled the food earlier and earlier and I had to continually ask for things to be refilled while the staff stood by on their phones or chatting with each other. Zero customer service was found at this place.....

Horrible hotel”

Hotel room is so dirty. Walls are so thin that I could hear the next room. Shower was flooding and it made the whole room wet. For some reason, people is just knocking at wrong room everyday. Location is extremely faraway from DaNang city.

Overall was ok but it was too far away from city but they have a bus to the city which is good. Bathroom design was not the best i have seen.
