Acceptable”
This hotel has seen it`s best days. Needs renovation and in rooms smells like moldy. High humidity means also lots of mosquitos.

GROSS! DONT!”
Beautiful lobby but gross accomodations. For the price you can get a nicer hostel! Try the DeLanna, it's amazing and cheaper than this place

Would recommend ”
We stayed in a superior room for 3nights. View is of a building, you and the person in the building can clearly make eye contact but the curtains are awesome(total blackout) Aircon great, bed felt like heaven(if you like hard beds) and the Tv had a great selection of channels. To shower you have to step up, over and into a high bathtub but water nice hot. the restaurant didn't really have anything great, breakfast plain. For a lot cheaper you can get something delicious for 80-150b (inclu drink) a short 5min walk up to the Main Street where every 4th shop will have someone tempting you with a menu (or tuktuk). The pool area was nice, no sun after 2pm but after a 30-45min walk will have you near drenched in sweat it's a great cool down. Tuktuks that park outside the hotel are more expensive as to one you can get passing by. Massages are more expensive around the hotel. We found the night bazzar was the best place to be at night and everything is crazy cheap!! But the hotel is 1+kms away. it took us an hour to walk there, and between 60-100baht to take us back to hotel (15min drive) we went every night. It's about a 20min walk to thapae gate. Laundry service is expensive, you pay by item. there is a laundry service next door 40b per kg, as well as a restaurant pad Thai 50b, clothing shop, food stalls, local shops, tour/info desk, 2 massage places, motorbike ad bicycle hires and a juice bar. The lift was slow and shaky but we felt safe. Overall it was worth it and would recommend to anyone who looks at the better side of things :)

Not Recommended”
There are so many better choices than this run down relic of yesteryear . This place was a giant disappointment. The carpets are filthy, the rooms dark and dingy, the breakfast was awful. the remote for the old school TV didn't even work. The Staff at the front desk were not very friendly and not helpful. They need to completely re- do the entire place. It smells weird and has a dark feeling in the halls. I could not wait to check out of this place, never again. The Photos online are shady representation. Save your money and shop around.

DO NOT STAY HERE ”
Do not stay at this hotel. Our room was dark and smelled so strongly of cigarettes. There is no installation in the walls so it constantly sounds like people are in your room. There was hair everywhere (not ours). The bathroom was filthy, there were stains everywhere !!! We we're so tired after our long traveling day that we didn't complain. Our fault ! In the morning we needed to have the use of a printer. The staff downstairs wouldn't let us use their printer (for one document, that we were happy to pay for) Luckiky the staff in the hotel across the road let us use ours. I honestly would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I wish I read the reviews! ”
Unfortunately I forgot to check the reviews before booking our accommodation here (big mistake). We checked into our 'delux' room to find over 20 mosquitos amongst the damp, musty and rundown room. We informed the reception team who agreed to spray the room, but we were so put off and worried about being eaten alive (there is no mosquito net) that we sacrificed the money and booked a room at another place. The bathroom was dated and dirty and the room smelled of mildew. It was unfortunate as the lobby was beautiful, but the staff didn't seem very friendly and did not say a word to us when we checked out but had a conversation amongst themselves in Thai. Would not recommend. There was a pool, but considering the dampness I wouldn't dream of going in there either. The photos were clearly taken when the hotel was new and does not represent the current condition.
