Great hotel. Location is good, Cleanliness is even better. All the staffs in this hotel from security guards to front desk personnel is very friendly and helpful. Room is clean and well maintained although i know for a fact that this is not a brand new hotel. 7-eleven and money changer is just next door. opposite the hotel you can find many thai food. I love my stay here and will definetely come back.

Junior suite for 5days 4nights”
Checkin and checkout was very fast . Deposit with passport so no money required. Room was clean and big enough .the toilet is very spacious has separate bathtub n shower . Every noon the house keeping will check if we need anything topped up or to clean the room . Location was a simple 5 mins walk to Lee gardens . Easy to get tuktuk right outside the hotel and call for grabcar . Many eateries n massage parlour . Can try awana massage right across the street most clean n comfortable place in that area as low as 200baht. 7 eleven was just a minute walk . I will surely come back here whenever im in hatyai . And it allows smoking in the hotel , whereas many hotels there dont allow anymore . Worth the money . Had a comfortable stay throughout the time there .

Perfect location. 3mins walking distance to lee garden's. Plenty of eateries around the hotel area. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Car parking is available too. Safe and guarded 24/7. Highly recommended.

Large rooms with sofa and coffee table (nice addition) Nice bathroom with shower and tub. Staff are friendly. Location is good with 7/11 next door and many places to eat. Couple of bars 10 minutes walk.

housekeeping is amazing. the room was very clean. and spacious! price was quite reasonable. However, dont drink the bottled water in the fridge as they will charge u for it (even though it is not written anywhere that they will charge)

Only pros here is the location. walking distance to the night market and the bus going back to Singapore. The room was clean but everything are worn out. Not bad though if you are traveling on a budget.

Very nice hotel in Hat Yai with great service”
After staying at several well know hotels in Hat Yai, found this hotel and have enjoyed the stay. Feels like it is just getting started after renovation. Staff small but efficient and friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean and comfortable. Bed was standard for Hat Yai hotels with mattress much to hard for more than a few days. Hard to find on the internet and if we had not walked by we would not have know it was there. Room was standard hotel type and not a usual suite from most hotels. Location great for shopping in the middle of town within walking distance to major shopping areas.

Great refurbished hotel in the middle of Hat Yai”
this hotel has become our favorite in hat yai. we book a suite that has a small balcony for us to step outside. the room is large enough and everything seems to work. we have found the beds to be to firm for our long stay comfort. the hotel staff are very helpful and efficient. we have found the food to be very good and the price is a real deal.
