    Insides is refurbished but still poor and old. Plug were broken, hot water switch is too high look like won’t service to guest.

    Good location but overpriced”

    Staff was very unhelpful. Took my money and that's it. I had to find my room, find the rlevator, etc You have to ask for room cleaning. Wifi was very unreliable. No amenities

    Great stayed ”

    The room is really clean and not smell. The size of the room is comfortable for 2 or 3 people. The bed quite hard but ok. On the other hand, the staff was not good. She was not communicate very well and kindda not that willing to serve the customers.

    Horrible staff and owner but the location is good. ”

    My have bad experience with the hotel staff and owner. They are not helpful, also no service mind. Their face seem like they were angry all the time. I asked the front desk staff, she answered with angry voice and not help me at all. I had to wait so long for the check in. I understand that 2:00 p.m. Is checking in time, but I went there early. I asked her if I can get in the room, she replied unpleasantly. The cleanliness in the room was so so. The bed was ok, not so comfortable. On the other hand, if you are looking for the place that easy to transport, this hotel is a good choice cuz it located behind the shopping mall, and easy to go places by walking distance. Also, it is easy to find food.
