Very poor staff coordination and mis information on time of check in and check out”
I received check in and check out instructions and there were no information on check in and check out time.We arrived at the property around 2:30pm and we knew that there were 3 towers, so I called staff of ETO, the property management and due to network problem we got the wrong information and checked in to wrong unit. It was 3:30pm and we were informed that the unit for us was not yet ready because there standard check in time ins 4PM.I told the staff that standard check is 2pm and she insisted that standard of Victoria properties are 4pm. I argued with the staff named NIKKI and asked if the standard check in is 4PM why at that time around 3:40pm the room was not yet ready and she even requested us to wait for 1 hour for the cleaning of room. We decided to went out instead of waiting for the room to be cleaned. Around 5pm I received a text message that the room was cleaned. She also corrected their standard check in is 3pm.Nice unit but very poor management and coordination.

A place away from home but near my OB”
The place has a nice location and it's clean but the property owner do not reply on emails that much and immediate. I was trying to extend our stay so I emailed the contact because they did not give us any contact no. just email and we did not get any reply. We are not aware that the check out time was 11am instead of the usual 12nn. The cleaner went to the unit and when we requested to give us more time to prepare she asked for additional pay of P500 just to extend for 2 hours. :(

The place is clean and convenient to bgc restos & entertainment hubs however, the place can further be improved by adding vanity mirror in the master's bedroom and bidet in CR.

The receptionists were very helpful. I've requested for laundry and taxi service, both request are fulfilled. However, I was charged 500peso for a 1 way to the International airport from F. Victoria, TowerC where I was staying for 2 weeks. The taxi meter was not working and no receipt was given. 2 wks ago when I arrived, the fare was just under 200peso. After much nego, the driver agreed to settle for 250peso. That was not a pleasant experience. The apartment 112c where I put up with was totally transparent to the outside viewer. The owner should have put up the curtain. The bath room come with shower and toilet together but there was no blind separating them. The water from the shower will inevitably wet the toilet paper hanging next to it. The kitchen room light was blown, hanger in the bath room was detached and hung loosely. This was fixed after I made a complaint. The staff for the rental company demanded a 5000pesos for the deposit. I still think is a bit too much.

OK let's start with the positives, Great Location. Now the rest. Communication was strange I got an email with a very off tone about all the arrangements. They hit me with a request for a 5000 peso deposit, which in the end they did not collect. When we arrived we are extorted for parking by the security guards who would not provide a receipt. The place itself was not clean to a good standard. We had a cockroach in our bed, and greeted by Mosquitos on entry, I booked this place as it was written as Brand New, far from it, far from it. I would not recommend aside from the location

They'd leave the key & you'll never meet the staff”
The location is very strategic if you have meetings around the BGC area, the facilities are relatively new, but not sure how often they clean and change the bed sheet & blanket. It has 1 big room with queen size bed (with extra bed) and 1 small room with no window. It has no amenities (bring your own hair dryer!), breakfast, safe deposit box or an extra security door chain/ lock. When the internet wasn't working, I called the staff but she just said that we need to call the internet provider ourselves to fix the issue.
