Pro, Staff was very friendly, breakfast has many varieties to choose. Con, the bathroom fan don't work. The room smells bad.

We stayed here one night before moving onto our cruise. The room was very well equipped (hair dryer, iron & ironing board, plenty of coat hangers etc.). We could have done with more toiletries (shampoo/shower gel) in a room for 2 and the breakfast room is a tad small for the number of guests. The staff made up for everything though, warm welcome, plenty of information ...

Our room was great with a comfortable (BIG) bed, clean bathroom, and a free bottle of water. We were just in town for one night after arriving in Tampa from an international flight, so the proximity to the airport was perfect. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside was the highly perfumed smell in the lobby- perhaps they had just had the carpets cleane...

It is good to stay in this hotel I take a rest before I go back to work, and I go also in horse racing in tampa.

We are fist time guests at this hotel. We were very satisfied with the service. Charming room. Not your standard cookie cutter place. Quiet, friendly. For the money, this is a great hotel. Just two blocks away is a nice area of good restaurants.

There was debris falling from the vent ceiling in the bathroom....MOLD? There were cheap towels and bathroom amenities... The rooms were damp and musty. The fans and air conditioner were very noisy.

What really impressed me was the service. I needed to sign a document that was emailed to me. The front desk lady gave me her personal email so she could print the doc., and when I signed it, she scanned and emailed back to me. On top of that, my GF forgot the safe combo, and because the engineer was not immediately available due to a personal emergency, they comp...
