Welcome to Casa Playa de los osos! This is our cherished home away from home, and we're thrilled to share it with you. We've designed it to be a sanctuary for relaxation and enjoyment. To ensure a wonderful experience for you and to maintain harmony in our peaceful community, we ask that you kindly observe the following house rules: Be Our Guest, and a Great Neighbour: You're on holiday, and we want you to have a fantastic time! Listening to music and enjoying the stunning views from the deck is part of the experience. We are, however, in a quiet, family-friendly residential neighbourhood. Please be mindful of our lovely neighbours and keep noise to a respectful level. Quiet Hours: We kindly ask that you observe quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. While enjoying the deck late into the evening is to be expected (and encouraged!), please bring conversations inside and lower music after 11:00PM to avoid disturbing those around you. Parties & Events: To maintain the tranquility of the property and neighbourhood, parties, gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited. Registered Guests Only: Only the guests included in the booking reservation are permitted to stay overnight. Smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking/vaping property. Please do not smoke or vape anywhere inside the house. Damages: We understand accidents can happen. Please let us know immediately if anything breaks so we can arrange for a replacement or repair for you and our next guests. Any significant damages will be considered and chargeable under NZ law.
