This place wasn’t good for travelers”
No signal for those who works and handles business this is not good, the water heater to make coffee is not working, no TV you can only use aircon and water heater for shower the best but for it’s price there better value for it. I travel a lot locally and out of the country there’s equivalent value that could match your needs.

Breeze Residencies Manilla”
Awesome location, right in the middle of where you want to be, great apartment , small but has everything you need and the pool is amazing in the mornings. The local shops and restaurants deliver in no time and we where visiting an exhibition at the Trade Centre which is just over the road. Taxis and Grabs are easy to get and the Mall of Asia is 5 mins away.

Worst room I stayed”
I was very disappointed with the room and the service. 1. the rate is quite expensive compare to others 2. the room is dirty and messy 3. the facility in the room very bad. within hrs I checked out because, I cannot take it anymore. I'm sorry to say, how do they able to pass the standard evaluation.

Hi thanks for your feedback, the price of the room is clear when you book so I cant really respond to that statement and all rooms are cleaned by a proffesional cleaning company before the guest arrives. The facilities are clearly marked in the app and are standard through the 653 apartments in the building.

Angebot 40 QM- Realität 21 QM, liegt an der Hauptstrasse, auch Nachts VIEL Lärm, kein Telefon, Kein Fernsehen (Kabel fehlt. Nicht bezahlt ?) Im Schlafbereich kein Lichtschalter, Waschbecken, Waschmaschine, Toilette und Dusche auf 2qm. Antwort vom Eigntümer wegen der zu kleinen Fläche: Das weiß doch jeder das es nur 21 Qm sind, Rückzahlung der fehlenden QM, KEINE SPUR

Guten Morgen , Danke for the review, can you check you have the booked correctly, nowhere does it state the apartment is 40m2, I think you may be confused with the penthouse above and of course we have a bathroom with toilet and shower. We will instruct the maintenance to put a new bulb in the bedroom today. If you wanted more space we have a 3 bedroom penthouse on the top floor we will offer you 3 nights free stay on your next trip.
