Great spot in the fabulous Clare Valley”

Our accommodation, the Sevenhill Cellars suite within the Brice Hill Country Lodge was a lovely place to stay in the fabulous Clare Valley. It was so well equipped with a huge bathroom and spa bath!! a well-equipped kitchenette with a well-stocked fridge (including complimentary breakfast provisions and a bottle of wine!) comfortable living room with a fireplace and a barbecue area out the back. The bed was comfortable, and had an electric blanket for those chilly South Australian nights and lovely linen. The gardens are an absolute delight and Mick and Chris were delightful hosts. Thank-you for a wonderful stay.

Brice is Definitely Nice!”

You will experience an unexpected surprise when you discover Brice Hill! The setting, the garden, the pool and the accommodation at Brice is all nice! I was first upset that there was no STAN or NETFLICKS, however, this was a blessing in disguise as it forced me outside under the gazebo, with a glass of red and enjoy the well maintained garden setting. And the location is in easy travelling distance to a variety of boutique wineries. As stated in the title - Brice is definitely Nice! ... PS: You need to visit ASAP

Excellent facilities”

We were very surprised at the detail the owner went to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. We stayed in the Taylors Suite, which is well appointed. The spa is huge - in fact the whole bathroom is large. The kitchen had every utensil you’d ever need. There was abundant breakfast provisions, coffee (pod) and tea and biscuits supplies. Chocolates and a complimentary bottle of local wine included. It was quiet and serene and only 5 min drive into Clare. Wineries all close by. The bed was comfy! Really a remarkable stay - could not complain and would highly recommend!

Perfect weekend getaway ”

We stayed in the Taylors Suite . We were very impressed it had everything we hoped for a romantic weekend away at a reasonable price! We loved the fireplace and spa. There were thoughtful touches from the placement of tea light candles around the spa bath, supply of makeup wipes, sewing kit, shower cap, to the umbrella. The surprises kept on coming with the generous supply of breakfast. Mick and Chris were very accommodating even allowing a late check out. The lodge was conveniently located along the Riesling Trail with bike hire discounted price. We definitely be coming again to check out the other suits. 5+ stars, highly recommend!!

Great location, excellent accommodation ”

Great accommodation and great attention to detail regarding provisions. Grounds were amazing and we experienced a lovely warm welcome. Was disappointed, no pay tv (although the instructions in the room said it was available, there was no lead. Not sure why?) Also, DVD didn't work . This is not uncommon in holiday accommodation, I have now made a note to take my own on future trips. I Personally really dislike broken things, and would have preferred there were no DVD rather than a DVD that didn't work, at least I wouldn't have wasted time trying. Free to air TV reception came and went also - at the most inconvenient times. Despite the TV issues (We are TV nuts) it was a good stay and we were otherwise very well catered for.

Great for a romantic getaway. Very comfortable, beautiful gardens, lots provided for the breakfast with unexpected extras like wine, chocolates and candles. Oh and an electric blanket! I rate things on would I do it again and yes I will, soon I hope.

We felt comfortably at home”

Really good private unit with all the facilities we needed. Quiet, and a great place to feel at home by the log fire. We had stayed here (in the same Unit) some time ago and nothing has changed. Breakfast supplies provided together with a complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates. Only downside was that one of the Yogurt packs provided had been previously opened and sampled. A little lack of care that detracted from what is very good accommodation.

Our suite, the Tim Knappstein, was quiet, clean and exceeded our expectations. Views from the lounge and dining table extended over manicured gardens to vineyards and the Riesling bike track. Ample breakfast provisions of eggs, yoghurt, juice, cereal and local bread were delicious. This was a perfect base to dine out in Clare, visit wineries, walk or cycle the trail, or simply rest and read. Serenity.

Extremely well presented and manicured lawn. Very welcoming ambiance and located along Riesling Trail close to Clare township. Enjoyed the brief stay. Will visit again!

Great place”

Brice Hill is a central place to s,Ed the Clare Valley. It was super clean with an adequate breakfast provided. The only negative would be a lack of washing machine.

We have so often driven past Brice Hill and said we must try it sometime.. we are so glad we did this trip and will definitely return. The only downer is the almost non-existent WiFi. The accommodation is so comfortable, the facilities excellent, the owners very helpful and thoughtful and the decor is perfect for a relaxing stay. Can’t wait to go back.

Nice place to stay .. gardens and pool are beautiful .. internally our room was well appointed, clean and relaxing. My only advice would be that out mattress was not great .. not bad but certainly could have been better
