A best choice of family trip stay place for me.”
It was a surprise when I entered the room, air conditioning is ready for us, I can rest directly. It's clean, and there's enough drinking water for us to make coffee and I can have a good time chat with my family. It's very comfortable to stay. The point is that the price is reasonable. The managers are also attentive and talkative. I really like this homestay. I'll definitely come back here of my next ipoh vacation.

The place is strategic and the homestay is very nice and clean. Just that the tv aerial is not functioning well but thats okay im not using that. And the iron steamer cannot function. I suggest people to bring their own iron. Overall 8/10 ill give. Will surely come again if i go to ipoh!

Not suitable for elderly ”
If you have parents above 60 , the bed may not be too supportive. And sound proof system is not good if you need deep sleep, you can hear car pass by and early morning retails shop will prepare food and make noice. Other than that, very suitable for youngster who won’t get disturbed by noise , can have party whole day late.

Excellent homestay”
Location was good. There were many good eateries within walking distance. Comfortable and great value for money. The owner was very kind to arrange for our 5 bicycles to be stored at her friend's house.

The hostel is great, comfortable like home and provided good facilities. The location is such good, easy to go everywhere. But it is on second floor, have to climb up the stairs and not suitable for olderst.

Don't judge until you're in!”
Had a nice cozy stay here. Located near almost all the popular spots in Ipoh. Host was really helpful and kind. From the first look from the outside, I didn't put much hope for a wonderful place to stay but once you're in, it's a whole new world. I am delighted. Thank you wonderful host!

Our trip was amazing, the room is really nice, look exactly like in the picture. Interior design of the apartment is absolutely spectacular. Everything were almost perfect but then the tv channel is really limited and the water pressure is quite low in the bathroom. Will always recommend this place to friends. Good job !

Great place but not for elderly peoples especially with medical conditions”
My friend check in instead of me because I thought it was a place like an apartment with a lift but the place was nice. My friend said the nicest place ever she had check in. Just a few cons here is, they should write full right details about the place. I have a medical ill parents who i want to bring for a holiday, but the shop-house located at the top, they have to climb the stairs which they cant afford to. Anyway, really nice place, my friend said she would like to check in here again. Good job in making a shop-house very nice place to stay.

Good location with many eataries. Apt is clean with basic facilities. Request are promptly attended to. However, it is not recommended for guests who may have trouble walking up 2 flights of stairs

Good last resort choice”
There are no good homestays left. This is last resort but a pleasant one indeed. Note that it is on the 2nd floor. Climbing upstairs is tiring.

Second floor and not convenient for elderly”
The homestay consider not bad but it's at second floor which is not convenient for elderly people. A bit disappointed with living room with no air cond and no fridge. The toilet is a bit far from bedroom. The most scary thing is that we were given a bottle of mineral water with the lid opened and we found leaves inside the bottle.

No door”
There was an opening and an open walkway to go to the toilet. The wall was only 3/4 up. It was raining heavily on the 2 nights that we stayed and rain coming in from the opening into the apartment and we cannot sit in the living room. We have to rush in to the bedrooms and close the doors. No mosquitoes but some flying insects came in through the opening day and nights. For me, an apartment should be fully enclosed from the outside elements at all times with proper doors. It is for privacy as well. Not recommended for people who wants privacy and safety. Cleanliness and facilities is ok. At least, should write in the advertisement about the opening to the toilet.

Beware, don't choose this unit if you can't live with hot indoor condition and low water pressure”
Location and cleanliness was ok, but there is no AC at living room and the temperature is unbearable in this unit! regardless of afternoon or night. Also the water pressure is too low which makes whole situation worse, you are hot and the bath doesn't help to cool stayer down. Not recommended.

The place is so worn out,painting peeling, door squeaky, got mosquito flying around. The host is horrible, when she/he ask for a deposit, he suggested that guests lwill steal from his property. When ask for a deposit refund, it took the host forever to refund. Till day I still cannot get my refund back. He also very rude when email or texting, scolding me for troubling making by toggling bet 2 platform to contact he. I used 2 platforms as he ignore my request to refund. I have resigned to my fate as this terrible host will not refund. So forget it, don't ever book a place from he,he got several property,be aware unless you wanted to get cheated by this host likee. I would like to rate zero if I could. Very bad experience。

Clean, convenience, friendly staff”
Strongly recommend if you have a group of 4 or 5. It is clean and food are just door step away. 1. Both room come with aircon and fans 2. Towel, soap and shampoo is provided 3. Living room no aircon, but 1 ceiling fan and portable fan provided 4. TV and TV box provided, can watch YouTube and Netflix (with your own account) 5. Strightly not cooking allow, do not if you plan to cook. It does not affect us, as there are so much good food around 6. The room located at level 3. Do not if you travel with elderly whom need assist to travel up, as there is not lift, you gonna climb all the way up. It affected us, as my MIL sprain her leg. It took up quite sometime to move her up n down. Beside the mentioned above, the staff is responsive and friendly. Thank you for the place, it is strongly recommended to you. Will be back if we coming to ipoh again
