Great SECOND stay!”
We stayed at Freeburgh Caravan Park for the second time on a ski trip to Falls Creek. The reason we returned was that the cabins have everything we need - shower, heating (the cabins have always been left warm for us on arrival), comfortable bed, TV and kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with cooking appliances, cooking utensils (yes, you can cook MEALS without having to compromise due to a lack of cooking utensils), stove, kettle etc. The place has been very clean both times we stayed, and the staff have also been very friendly. If arriving late, the key is left in the mailbox at the reception. The location is also great - it is no more than a 10-minute drive to Bright city centre where there are restaurants and a Woolworths. The internet reception in the area is quite weak from inside the cabins, and there is no wifi, but that shouldn't deter anyone from staying. We will be back!

Clean, quiet and friendly”
I had a nice overnight stay here. The park seems well managed and organised. Check-in took just seconds and the guy at the front desk was friendly and happy to help with things to do in the area. The cabin was clean and well equipped - everything worked. It was a cold night (nearly winter) and the heater kept the cabin cozy plus there was a good electric blanket on the bed. Nice hot shower. Price was reasonable. The park is in a very nice location a few kilometres out of Bright, beautiful autumn leaves at this time of year, right on the river. Grounds are neatly maintained and it was very quiet at night. Would definitely stay here again if going through the area.

We absolutely loved our stay. The park was quiet and around 5 minutes from Bright. The cabin was beautifully clean and well presented, a home away from home. As a family it suited us and we will definitely be back. A great place to stay to visit all the snow attractions!

Located around 10km from Bright Township and not very far from Dinner Plain and Mt Hotham. Very quiet place. Our cabins was cosy and comfortable. My friends and i really like this place except wifi, not really working.

Great for bikes. Short fun rides to both Bright and Harietville not too strenuous. Low road traffic and a good pool to come home to left very relaxed.

Great choice”
Our group consists of 4 adults and 3 kids. We got the 3 bedroom cabin which was newly furnished. We ran late in checking in and was relieved to find our keys in a box outside the office. They were nice to leave the light outside the cabin on so it was easier for us to find our way in the rainy night. Room was a little small so we had to open our luggages on the sofa outside. Other than that, everything was perfect for us. Next morning, we were delighted to see a blooming sakura tree (I think) right outside the kitchen window. Sad we only stayed for a night so didnt get to use the facilities.

Very new and cozy cabin”
The only drawbacks we can see are lack of salt and pepper (given the full kitchen it has), and the bedroom door cannot be closed properly (room too small for a double bed). Otherwise, it is a great cabin with near new condition. Very enjoyable and we will definitely come back! (camping ground also looks great. We'll probably come again and camp in summer too)

Ah, the serenity! Suitable for every traveller”
What a lovely, quiet place to stay. We stayed in a Deluxe 3 bedroom which must have been fairly new, clean and tidy. Only stayed one night but would love to return to spend a few days r&r. Kids had a ball in the jumping pillow and watching the river running, throwing rocks.
