Bright Star Hoyel is a perfect place to stay in Singapore especially if you are looking for a cheap one. It is close to the railway station and bus stops. The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. The hotel staff has always been friendly, patient and helpful. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns.

We didnt expect that this would be a good hotel. Considering the location some might think its not safe but it is. Near Aljunied Station (Green Line) Pros - near value $tore - Queen beds - provides water - clean room - have space for baggage and cabinet for clothes -restroom is clean -near restaurant Cons - Room needs additional lighting if you want it more brighter - 2 charging ports only so you need either outlet powebard (power extension) or converter to use the other ports or other hidden ports - pillows are kinda hard,if u want softer pillow u might not like theirs - no free breakfast Overall,value for money and I recommend this place for tight budget but want a quality of rooms to stay.

The room is very clean and spacious at very affordable price. Its only drawback is that it is quite far from downtown. However, the hotel is close to bus stations and train station. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located 7 minutes walking to the MRT station and 3 minutes walking to the bus stop. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom are clean. Mineral water and coffee/tea sachets are available with water boiler. The only downsize is the free room cleaning service is only available one time during our 4-day stay. However, every regulation and arrangement are informed upon check-in, superb!

We stayed here in 2018 and we really had a good experience that’s why we booked this hotel again. Very accessible to the MRT and Bus stations, there’s a 24/7 grocery store nearby the hotel, lots of food stalls and laundry. Highly recommended!

Unexpectedly clean and big room”
I thought the room will be small since it is a budget hotel but it is actually big and very clean. They have water heater in the toilet, hair dryer and bidet. Would love to come back next time!

Room is big, shower is good, beds and pillows are good. 10 mins walk to MRT, the receptionist are so kind. We left our bags before check in and after check out. Recommended as the price are affordable.

Spending 1 night in a deluxe room comfortably. Decent room with king bed size. Basic facilities provided. Staff is polite & friendly as well. With the accessible location, food is just a few stones away whilst aljunied mrt is by 10 mins walking

No breakfast because the lady said they are budget hotel. Have mini ref. , water heater and coffee. So it’s good enough to start the day. There’s annoying sound coming from pipes ? Or somewhere. It’s coming every second or minute. But otherwise its👍

The location strategic A lot of cafe for Moslem or others I recommend this hotel if you go traveling with group children coz they have one room with double comfort bed The minus is House keeping not clean up your room Even they said will do :) But it doesn't make us uncomfortable stay Because only small minus Thanks Agoda for disc. offering we happy and satisfied
