This building have 2 apartments on every floor with lift. Each apartment have 3 rooms, 1 Comfort (Biggest) and then 2 other standard rooms, all with own private bathroom, AC, door lock and room bell etc. The living room is common area for all the rooms with dining table and a balcony which is spacious. Drinking water is provided during the stay. I booked a comfort room assuming it's a studio, unaware of the fact that i will have to share the apartment with strangers in other rooms. I just got lucky as my friends had booked 2 standard rooms and requested to share the same apartment with me, which was a big relief otherwise i would definitely not stay here alone. We stayed here to be near Rushikonda beach for a wedding. There is no breakfast here. You can pay for tea or coffee and the staff would help. You can also ask them to buy food for you from nearby restaurants. Staff is friendly and the place is clean. All in all, the place is cheap and worth, if this is your budget!

It is more of an apartment than a hotel. They have converted 3 BHK flats into a suite with 3 rooms which may be shared or booked together. It has basic amenities of a hotel like TV, AC, geyser, cupboard, but misses on few important things such as electric kettle, coffee table, toilet kit, etc. They provided only 1 bath towel for 3 guests. There is no restaurant or room service. What I liked - 1. Location is close to famous spots such as Kailasgiri, R.K. beach, VUDA park. 2. It is more spacious and open compared to a hotel 3. Cleanliness of the premises What I did not like - 1. Room is very small. No tables apart from a small side table 2. Bathroom door was not closing properly 3. AC was making lot of noise 4. Some construction work going on in the nearby buildings, due to which lot of noise in the room I would suggest to look for other options before considering this place for stay.
