"I was on transit from Malaysia to Fiji when I stayed here and I had a very good experience staying at this hotel. I will definitely stay here again if I am traveling by myself to Brisbane or past Brisbane. Liz, at the main reception, is exceptionally helpful. She helped me to get a late check-out on the 20th of September 2015, my flight back to Singapore was at 11.35pm and I requested for check-out at 8.30pm and she fulfilled my request. She also gave me great advice and information on where to buy souvenirs around the Brisbane CBD and in the Southbank. Thank you very much!"
