Location next door airport though noise not an issue. Metro into town beside airport. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean with everything you need. Great value for money. Would definately stay again.

The hotel is ideally located for those travelling out of Newcastle Airport, especially if it's an early flight and you don't want to be driving through the night before you fly. Convenient, resonably priced, and pleasant and helpful staff. Park, stay, fly. What could be better

The pros are good price ideal location for airport very welcoming staff The bond were small double bed poor pillows and a TV set st a height that you couldn't lie down to watch it

Extremely disappointed. The room was not inviting at all. The bed certainly not the most comfortable. Carvery meal in the restaurant was not very hot and it was only 6.15 p.m. Wished we had had a bar snack instead which looked more appetizing. Having said that the staff were extremely helpful and it was only 5 minutes from the airport.

Fairly basic hotel but only couple minutes walk to terminal so great location. Booked through Agoda and saved £18 compared to other booking sites for the same night.

Wouldn't go back. ”
Excellent location for the airport and the staff are very helpful, however the positives end there. The room I stayed in was cramped even for 1 person, breakfast was lots of empty dishes waiting to be filled and lots of complaining clients. The hotel is scruffy and dated and for the few quid more I'd either stay in Newcastle itself or at the doubletree up the road.

Room was far too hot with no way to change the temperature, left window open but there was slugs on the window sill in the morning. (I was on the bottom floor)

Stuck in the 60’s”
Stayed the night before an early flight, the room was horrendous, greatly outdated and the beds were something to behold. Great staff and location but the owners of this hotel need to follow up on cleaning. Mirror covered in hand prints. Bathroom was not accommodating at all. Spend a little more money next time and head to the Hilton just over the car park. Never again!

Very basic hotel for prices charged - not value for money! Cleanliness needs attention, bathrooms outdated and need attention. More a 2 star hotel. Would not recommend to stay here

An absolutely awful experience, room smelled informed house keeping and they did nothing, outdated decour water not hot enough rust on the radiator. Bed was extremely uncomfortable springs poking into youdid not have a single good night's sleep. Avoid like the plague!

Economic overnight travel stop”
Modest but adequate room size. More plug sockets than I've ever seen in a hotel room before - the whole family could charge phones, tablets, computers and cameras and still have a socket to use the tea and coffee making facilities! Good cooked breakfast. Easy check-in and out. Staffing was sparse as you'd expect in a budget location but they were responsive, helpful and polite. Would use it again if driving to/from Scotland or flying from Newcastle airport. Good parking for car within barrier protected site. Could leave car while on holiday at reasonable price.

Perfect for the night before flying”
Perfect location for Newcastle Airport. Stay here and the parking is cheaper than the airport long term, and you can get here the night before, and have a more relaxed “get up” for your morning flight. Friendly staff, nice accommodation, etc. Cost me less than £30 for the room too - absolutely spot on.
