joyful on lovina beach”
it was our first tine to visit bali with family for vacation. our ifrst trip was south of bali (kuta, jimbaran, canggu beach). the area were so crowded, they offer the bundle price for sea activity (jet skii, diving, snorklinh, etc). then we traveled to north of bali (lovina beach), we did the snorkljng, and dolpin hunter in the morning , also enjoy sea food restaurant (such like jimbaran sea food). compare to the north, the cost was less, less crowded, better for traveler with family

The staff was nice, but we got the feeling that they didn't have the mood to work. Towls and bed sheets had lots of stains, as well as the bathroom. Was not very nice. The furniture also had stains (not scratches of use, but spots off mold and wetness). The breakfast did not have much choice. Although we know that after covid, we might have been somewhat of first customers and it wouldn't be buffet.... but still the choice is poor and not much healthy stuff.

シュガースティックの使用済みが入っていたり、飲料水をもらうことができなかったり、フロントへ電話したいのに故障していて通じなかったり…いろいろありましたがとても素敵なホテルでした。また泊まりたいです。

발전 진행중인 리조트”
3박을 했었다. 1. 넓은 규모2. 깔끔한 정원과 건물3. 수영하기 좋은 수심4. 통풍이 잘되는 구조 5. 와이파이가 오직 레스토랑에서만 가능하다. 6. 모든 직원이 친절했다. 하지만 리셉션의 남성 직원 1명(이름모름)이 매우 부적절했다. 본인은 의자에 앉아서 멀리에 있는 나에게 오라고 손짓을 했었다. 그 직원은 오토바이 렌탈, 해양스포츠 등 대부분의 안내를 느리게 하였고 또한 정확하지 않게 했다. 밤에 외부에 나가려고 교통편을 문의 했으나 오토바이 렌탈은 이미 영업이 끝났다는 답을 주었고, 방법이 없냐고 묻자 또 서류를 찾아보더니 자동차 사용이 500,000Rp 라는 답변을 주었다. 금액표를 보여달라고 했으나 보여줄수 없다고 했다. 이것은 투명하지 못한 운영이다. 나는 그 금액에 이용하지 않겠다고 거절했다. 이곳은 중심지 돌핀조각상 에서 가깝지 않기 때문에 교통편에 대한 리조트의 옵션 준비가 필요하다. 아침 일찍 투어를 가기 위해 도시락을 예약했으나, 함께 준다고 했던 물이 빠져있었다. 또 어떤 날은 오토바이 렌탈을 하였고 비용을 이미 지불했으나 리셉션을 지나갈 때 나를 불러서 오토바이 렌탈 비용을 지불하라고 하였다. 다행히 다른 직원이 다가와서 이미 지불한 사실을 얘기해 주었다. 이것 또한 위에서 언급한 그 남자 직원이 한 일이다. 이때도 또한 자리에 앉아서 나를 불렀다. 이 뿐 아니라 몇가지 사항들에서 직원들 간 의사소통이 잘 되지 않고 있다는 것을 느꼈다. 7. 대부분의 시설이 깨끗했다. 하지만 화장실 변기가 아주 낡았다. 색깔도 변해있었고 사용의 흔적이 많았다. 변기 속 물에서 항상 악취가 났다. 8. 내가 머무르는 동안에 그들은 나와 동행자의 여권을 보관하였다. 복사를 하거나 보증금을 지불하게 하는 것이 좋을것 같다. 그리고 마지막날 돌려받은 여권에는 메모지 스티커 자국이 선명했고 잘 제거되지 않았다. 여행자에게 여권은 아주 중요하다는 사실을 기억해주길 바란다. 이번이 6번째 발리 여행이고, 앞으로도 또 발리에 방문하고 싶다.
