Everything! It accommodated our party of 5 superbly and every detail had been well thought out for the comfort of our stay, even cooking facilities.
We liked everything. I would suggest perhaps just one small addition - some milk in the fridge for arrival for tea/coffee.

The room was clean. More than enough towels for myself and my partner over our stay. Good facilities in the room incl. TV, fridge, kettle (with coffee/tea supplies) and toaster. Radiator was quick to heat up. The owner was quick to clean up plates and return them very clean after being left in a requested spot. Quiet during the evenings.
The bed was too small for both of us. Very early in the morning, you could hear everything from the other guests. On our third day, the homeowner's cat had pooped in the bath and it was still there the next morning. Was quite the distance for walking to the closest transport (25 minutes walk minimum to Tooting Broadway)

Very comfortable, like home away from home! Short walk to multiple bus stops, which made access to activities very easy. Gracious host! Would definitely stay again.

Freindly and clean.
Far to small bed for us. It is a small double bed and not a double bed. I nearly fell out the bed and I am a small person. My husband is a tall and big man and his feet were hanging out the bed and not enough room in the bed for him. Noisy doors.

Nice old house and in a good location for our purposes
The owner Susanne gave us the key on arrival and we never saw her again . Never asked how our stay was! It wasn’t clean, the shared bathroom wasn’t cleaned during our 3 night stay. The owners cat pooped in the bath. Bathroom bin was overflowing. Bathroom door & light switches very dirty. Mattress really soft. Generally being used as a short stage place with people getting up early for either the airport or work leading to lots of noise early in the morning. Won’t be coming back and would certainly not recommend!

Lovely house in the leafy suburbs”

The staff where fantastic. The area was a very pleasant part of London. There where good facilities in the room such as kettle and fridge that I did not expect. Pretty sure the advert said there was no WIFI, but there was and it was excellent.
The shower was abysmal, a dribble over you from a unit that you pretty much had to hold yourself.

very cosy, well decorated room that makes you feel right at home. we wish we could have stayed longer! the shared bathroom is also very clean. the location is not too far from the station and is a quick tube right to anywhere central, so you should have no problem! the neighborhood is also very quiet. if you’re looking for a comfortable stay away from the London hustle, this is it!

The property is set in a quiet street with on-street parking available. My room was spacious and spotlessly clean. There was a lovely wood table on which to work, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was shared with other guests, but I didn't have to wait to use it. That was also impeccable, with an easy-to-use shower. This property is a definite find, I can see why it has never come up on my searches on Booking.com before, as it must be booked out by regular guests well in advance. I've found you now!

Wonderful”

It was a very comfortable room in a quiet relaxed area of London. Close to parks and a bus line. We received instructions on how to enter and everything was fully functional. Everything in the room worked, the wifi ran smoothly. Once we checked in we had our privacy.
It's a little far from the center of London if you don't know how to get around. Other than that I have no complaints at all.
