5-7 minutes walking distance to Paddington Station. Tasty and halal breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Special credit to Mr Relu. 24 hours front desk made our stay very convenient especially during check in and check out. Immediately print boarding passes as we emailed them. Room was cleaned daily. This hotel has a small lift that can accommodate up to 150kg (~2 person). Note that most hotel and apartment at this area doesn't have one. Hotel is next to grocery stores and clinic. Halal restaurant, cafe and pharmacy is opposite. Malaysian hall canteen is 5 mins away. Taxi is available along the street. Overall This hotel and its staffs provide good service and treatment to their guests :)

Voice of wood flooring is very annoying.Water mixer in the bathroom does not work.hot water comes cold and cold comes hot and we can not mix it.house keeper opened the room when we where sleep.Elevator very small and slow.Only they serve a good breakfast.

To be frank very small room as family is concerned but location wise very good biggest problem was the elevator sometime working sometime not, but hotel Staff sometime help depend upon availability .its central you find Paddington underground station just a 5 mins walk. Easy access to London city Overall one can assume as good hotel for a middle class family

Small room, location is ok, no aircond in the room”
The room is small. The hotel is quite near to Paddington Station. It is very convenience to walk to the station to take train or tube. The room only provided with a small stand fan but no problem if you are not staying there in summer.

Hotel Evaluation”
The room was small with no air-condition not recommended for a family of 4. The breakfast had only two hot dishes (scrambled eggs and beef sausages) the rest were limited to the very basic. The lift was broken the first day and we had to take our luggage to the third floor. The location and staff were very good.

Summer Heat”
We booked to stay three nights at the hotel with a triple room to cater for our 4 year old son. The first night, without any form of heating, the room temperature was 27 degrees celcius. Outside it was 12 degrees. The hotel had already provided a fan which was most definitely on its' last legs and delivered little or no cooling effect. After mentioning this to the day manager they moved us to another room which was capable of sleeping 5 people and also had an air cooler. The room move was very satisfactory and the staff very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was not of an extensive choice but at least the sausages (only beef) and scrambled eggs were hot. From the difficulty of peeling the cold boiled eggs, it was clear the the chef was particularly challenged in producing this dish. Overall the stay was satisfactory but the standard does not compare with 1 star hotels in our own country of Thailand.
