There was too much noise in the yard even in the house we slept in, people where busy up and down... In the morning when we had to bath we couldn't find the bath stopper and had to ask the cleaning lady to find one which she took over 30 minutes to do so.. I will definitely not go bck to that place

This place shod be shut down immediately. Looks nothing like the pictures, rooms are tiny and filthy. Bedding was extremely dirty even when it was changed 3 times, no privacy whatsoever including staff just walking into your room, you all share one tiny, extremely dirty toilet the list is endless. Then to top it off, the owner is extremely rude and even refused to let me out the gate because I asked to leave. Stay away!

The service was pathetic. Upon arrival, I tried calling the 2 numbers that appear on the main gate 4 times with no answer. I was screamed at by the owner because I hooted at the main gate after waiting there for 10 mins for someone to open it. The place seemed to be running an illegal bottle store in the back yard. It was full of Nigerians who were being extremely loud. They had occupied all public spaces and were drinking and smoking right through the night. There did seem to be some drugs involved too. The yard was also littered with tissues with what looked like blood stains on it and there were blood spots on the floors as well. The guest house itself seems to be operating illegally as well and the service was just appalling!

I was totally disappointed, no service, no refreshments in the room, no remote for TV, no wifi, The lamp next to the bed wasn't plugged in and when I finally got a plug there was no globe and staff couldn't give me one. This was a horrible experience. The pool was the only positive.

I would like to say the way we as guest from Port Elizabeth travelling with to daughters age 8 & 10 in a city as Johannesburg. We were stranded and had to find other accommodation thinking about our grandchildren. The reception we had was un friendly and the called Michelle not help full at all. I am taking this matter further because a hotel or guest house should be a safe environment for guest travelling. All Michell can comment get your money back from Agoda to date I am awaiting contact details. I trust and hope management will take this serious because I a not. Many thanks Marilyn Sas 0782754852

There's a standard waiting at the gate, there's the cars that hooted the whole night”
My room had only 1 working bulb, the tv was only playing 1 hazy channel, there was no parking so I got woken up at 21h30 to move my car. The rooms are tiny, there's no walking space so you have to jump over the bed, the room is right next to the reception desk so forget about privacy. You literally feel like someone is about to walk in the door, as well because there's no key for the room. The linen is not clean, the furniture is falling off or apart. There's no breakfast, no soap, no towels, just water. The hospitality is non existent, no one checks if you're okay, when I went to move the car, I was ducking and diving quite a number of men unaccompanied by staff. The whole night a car hooted by the gate so, I couldn't sleep, which was a pain as I was traveling for work the following day. I'm sorry but this was the biggest mistake, it's like I walked in on something else here.

I booked to live somehere else and they made me stay somewhere else. The place wasnt too clean. They didnt make my bed and the door would only lock from the inside. They have a beautiful location but they need to improve thier overall service

They dont give proper service & no bathroom even we have paid for it ; we have paid extra money for my son they didnt allocated for it and we have to pay again. no refund then we have called police. Also bathrooms are leaking and windows are not closing at all. they give one tissue paper roll for week. and no proper towel. they dont give remote to open gate every time you have to call reception lady to open a gate. aaa it was very very bad experience in my life. dont go there.
