excellent location just a few steps and you're in mega mall, shopping, restaurants, movies etc. very spacious rooms and very helpful staff

Not very good HOTEL!
1. swimming pool 2. Accomodating staff esp. Ms. Myca 3. Near SM Megamall
Stay is good. But not in the room we reserve. We reserved a two bedroom suite. But when we checked in, the two bedroom is not available and we transfer in 2 studio prime room. We expect to have our two bedroom suite, cause we need a living room. But the studio prime has no living room. Very disappointed. Our check in was 2pm and we finished at exact 5pm. My God check in time for 3hours. Very stressful. Smell in the hallway is not good. Bellman is very accomodating and also Ms. Myca. Swimming pool (lap pool) is good. Location is good (near SM Megamall) Wifi is good. The Manager on duty explained the reason why we can't moved to the room we reserved. We understand but it's unfair on our side. :( No parking area for guest, even pay parking it's not good.

Security guard is very rude. Rooms are old.
Spacious. Accessibility.
We were parked in front of the hotel and theres a woman who has a shopping cart. The guard took her shopping cart and left it without sorting it in althe proper place. So the cart hit our car. And he just simply stare at me and didnt even apologize, he even glared at me after i complaint at the manager. Scary that the person who suppose to make you comfortable made you feel that way. 2nd.. after all the hassles they gave me.. the staff was suppose to take our luggages but the front desk personnel asked her to take other guests bags instead so we had to wait for another 10 minutes. It was suppose to be ok if its just me and my husband but i booked 2 family rooms for me.. my family and my friends. So we were all there hanging around. I was completely disappointed.
