NO BATHROOM IN HOTEL ROOM!”
Rented a High -Floor Balcony Room with Ocean view... got stuck in an old apartment 2 blocks away with NO OCEAN VIEW, NO BALCONY AND NO BATHROOM IN THE ROOM!, WE HAD TO WALK DOWN THE HALL TO USE THE RESTROOM! HORRIBLE, DONT BUY EVER!

Review for the Beach House only! Not the hotel and suites. Soon as you walk in your greeted with a musty frat house smell mixed with B.O. You can’t really tell what color the carpet used to be. The “cable TV” is three or four channels (no it doesn’t have a TV guide or any option to order a movie). The bathroom was the only clean thing. Bed comforter had lipstick stains on it. Not for family vacation stay. Good for college buddies or younger adults on a budget. Highlights- -one block from the beach. -free parking. -outdoor pool was nice (across the street at main building)

Place is a shithole. Not worth the money. Place is not taken care of at all. Carpets are filthy, place smells like mold. Needs to be burnt down to the ground….

Dirty linen ”
Both beds where still dressed in the linens from last stay. They didn’t even remove them completely and then put them on again to make it look nice, it was all just tucked in and super wrinkled underneath. Maids do a very poor job. There was sand still in my bathroom and the shower curtain wasn’t on the rod all the way. There was really just no actual effort to clean the room for me.

Not sure how the regular hotel is as we ended up at the beach house hotel. I didn't even know there was two different types of hotels until getting there. Rooms were not bad, definitely small. The indoor pool is very small and the water is so cloudy. The chemicals are so strong my eyes burned just walking in there. Finding the office to check in is so confusing. The building the sign says for check in is not it. You have to walk across where parking is and there's another door that says it but that's not it either. We had to walk through the parking garage before finally finding it. Many others we seen were lost as well and we had to let them know where to go. All in all it's not bad for the price just not the greatest when it comes to finding where to go for everything, the pool being small and cloudy, and the fact that the room phone never worked to even call the front desk for issues like they told us to do so instead I had to call from my phone and most of the time they wouldnt answer and it would take awhile to get ahold of someone. They did apologize and said they were short staffed trying to get more workers and at times it was impossible to get housekeeping to switch out towels or to come clean up stuff. Staff was friendly though

The place is very clean with fairly strict rules that are enforced-noise level, smoking, etc. For a family on a budget, this is a great find-safe, clean and great location. The rooms are small and no frills. The AC works great. We really liked the place and had a great experience.

Too dank and musty. Had to get air fresheners to tolerate. All in all occupied three (3) rooms.”
The first room the smell was unbearable. The second room had ants crawling all over the bed. The third was tolerable with air wick air fresheners. I would not recommend even if the rooms were free.
