No pets allowed, no breakfast and no coffee maker in the room. No room service, etc. Call the hotel directly to verify facilities. Staff very nice but overburdened. Room small but clean. Not as noisy as I expected being on a main drag.

terribly expensive. Never ever going to this place, nor to any in St Ptersburg. Only the downtown is nice because of its buildings. It is much better to fo to Clearwater or places near by - the beaches and everything is much better.

Front office and maintainance staff excellent and really helpful, but the building is old and it seems that dust has been piling up since ever. Very noisy area.

No Wifi, No Toilet”
The wifi never ever actually worked. And the toilet wouldn't fully flush the ENTIRE 3 days I was there. They never fixed it, they confirmed they knew it was broken before I arrived, and they did nothing. So yes they literally rented out a room they knew had a broken toilet in it.

No tv remote available. Wi-Fi was constantly dropping and extremely slow. Pretty much worthless Wi-Fi. The other occupants 50% were drunk and rowdy. The bathroom floor had black footprints on the floor when we entered. The staff were very nice. Mildew all over shower curtain, ripped bed ruffle. Get the idea!

Older motel making a solid effort to upgrade the rooms and exterior. Small rooms with good size TV and newer appliances. Cleanliness was better than average for this price range, didn't see any bugs. Good on site security. AC/heat unit worked well but is mounted high up on wall and difficult to reach settings. You get what you pay for with less expensive motels but this one is better than most.

Der Geruch im Zimmer war fast kaum auszuhalten. Eine Mischung aus Urin und Chlor. Überalterte Einrichtung. Defekte Lampen. Das einzig Positive war die sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite schwarze Frau an der Rezeption.
